Darrell Louis Scott, Winnsboro, failure to comply with sex offender registration, second degree felony, 18 years in state prison with 368 days credit for time served, $5,000 fine.

Nathaniel Lee Hurtzig, Mineola, possession of a controlled substance penalty group one four grams or more but less than 200, second degree felony, five years in state prison with 604 days credit for time served, $1,000 fine; second charge dismissed.

Luis Antonio Herrera, Sulphur Springs, assault causes bodily injury of family/household member impeding breathing/circulation, third degree felony, five years in state prison with 323 days credit for time served, $1,000 fine.

Amanda May Knutson, Sulphur Springs, hindering apprehension or prosecution of a known felon, third degree felony, deferred adjudication, six years community supervision with 160 hours community service, $1,000 fine and $290 court costs.

Tevin Jamal Carter, Cedar Hill, unlawful possession of metal or body armor by convicted felon, third degree felony, unlawful possession of firearm by felon, third degree felony,  deferred adjudication, five years community supervision with 160 hours community service, $1,500 fine.

Sean Charles Reed, Winnsboro, driving while intoxicated third or more, third degree felony, 10 years in state prison suspended for 10 years community supervision with 160 ours community service, $3,000 fine and $290 court costs.
