The following guilty pleas were entered in 402nd District Court last week:

Kevin A. Skinner, Mineola, burglary of a building, state jail felony, deferred adjudication, three years community supervision with 120 hours community service, $1,000 fine and $290 court costs; possession of a controlled substance (PCS) penalty group one (PG1) less than one gram, dismissed.

Barrett Mason Tillema, Winnsboro, burglary of a building, state jail felony, two years in state jail suspended for five years community supervision, 120 hours community service,  $2,000 fine and $290 court costs.

Brandon Nicholas Watson, Winnsboro, credit card or debit card abuse, state jail felony, two years in state jail suspended for five years community supervision, 120 hours community service, $2,000 fine and $355 court costs.

Avery Eugene Hartness, Quitman, assault causes bodily injury of family/household member impeding breathing/circulation, third degree felony, deferred adjudication, five years community supervision with 160 hours community service, $1,000 fine and $390 court costs.
