Hall and Wiit announce wedding
Dr. and Mrs. Daniel Cannon Hall of Canton, Miss. announce the engagement of their daughter, Alyssa Kaye Hall, to James Caleb Witt, son of Mr. and Mrs. James Christopher Witt of Mineola.
Alyssa is a 2014 graduate of Madison Central High School and a 2018 graduate of Samford University with a degree in journalism/mass communications. She is employed by Naphcare in Birmingham, Ala.
Caleb is a 2015 graduate of Mineola High School and a 2019 graduate of Texas A&M with a degree in psychology. He is pursuing a master of divinity degree from Beeson Divinity School in Birmingham.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Irlene Monroe Smith of Ridgeland and the late Dr. Billy Kenneth Smith and Mera Cannon Hall of Madison and the late Dan Carter Hall.
The prospective groom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. John William Witt of Mineola and Nancy Stelmach of Mineola and Leigh Stelmach of Yorktown, Va.
The couple will exchange vows May 2 in Canton, Miss. After the wedding, the couple will live in Birmingham, Ala.
