Tea and Tales, the women’s book club ministry of Holly Brook Baptist Church, Hawkins, will meet Jan. 14 at 2 p.m. in Holly Hall, Holly Lake Ranch. Interested women are invited. Women on Mission to explore world of refugees

Who is a refugee? Or, what is a refugee? Women on Mission of Holly Brook Baptist Church will explore the meaning of those terms and their relevance to Christians today at their monthly meeting Jan. 15 at 9:30 a.m. in the Craft Room. Call the church office for more information: 903-769-2091.

Holly Art Group resumes sessions

The Jan. 16 meeting of Holly Art Group will be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Craft Room of the Family Life Center. Participants will paint or create other projects. The meeting will also feature devotionals and food. Anyone interested is welcome. The group regularly meets the third Wednesday of each month.

Holly Brook Baptist men to meet and eat

A men’s breakfast of Holly Brook Baptist Church will be served Jan. 20 starting at 8 a.m. in the Family Life Center. Call the church office for more information: 903-769-2091.

Stitchers set two January sessions

Holly Stitchers, a sewing ministry of Holly Brook Baptist Church, will meet Jan. 22 and Jan. 29 in the Stitchers Room of the Family Life Center from 9 a.m. to noon. The stitchers complete several projects throughout the year, including items for the Rainbow Room for neglected children, pillows for cancer patients, and others.
