‘Healthy Living Class’ set to start Sept. 4 at Quitman extension office
A “Healthy Living” class series will begin on Tuesday, Sept. 4th from 10:00 a.m. -11:00 a.m. at the Extension Office in Quitman (618 S. Main St., Quitman).
This free class series for adults will be held on Tuesdays for 12 weeks and will cover topics such as nutrition, chronic disease self-management, physical activity, food demonstrations, and other healthy living topics.
