Home Sweet Home

February is Cherry month! The many nutritional benefits of cherries are reason enough to celebrate this fruit. Did you know?

Michigan is the Cherry Capital of the World? They produce about 75% of the nations cherry crop.

Cherries were brought to America by the early French settlers.

It takes about 250 cherries to make a cherry pie and one cherry tree will produce enough cherries for approximately 28 pies each year

Cherries are loaded with antioxidants, Vitamin A and beta-carotene
