Funeral services for Jake Kelly Haggerty, 22, of Alba were Sunday, Aug. 11 at Beaty Funeral Home in Mineola with Bro. Robert Stovall and Rev. Ken Goodson conducting.

Mr. Haggerty died Wednesday, Aug. 7, 2019, in Alba.

He was born Dec. 17, 1996, in Sulphur Springs to Jesse Haggerty and Kristi Harvey.

He was a graduate of Alba-Golden High School, a warehouse tech for MAPH in Winfield and member of Lake Fork Baptist Church.

He is survived by his mother and step-father, Kristi and Michael Shaw of Winnsboro; father and step-mother, Jesse and Sabrina Haggerty of Coke; grandparents, Les and Vicki Taylor of Alba, Judith Haggerty of Coke, and granddaddy O White and grandmommy O White of Tira; brothers, Colby Davis of Canton and Taylor Davis of Sulphur Springs; sisters, Madelyn Haggerty of Winnsboro, Madison Haggerty of Coke and Sara Davis of Mineola; and three nephews, Beaux Davis.

Special Olympics returns in style

Symphonic band presents Christmas concert

Concerts are Sunday, Dec. 17, at 2 p.m. and Tuesday evening, Dec. 19, at 7:30 p.m. Mike Holbrook is back in the director’s seat, so it’s sure to be a fun-filled couple of hours.
