Do you have diabetes? Are you newly diagnosed with diabetes? Do you have a family who has diabetes? If you answered "Yes" to any of these questions; then you would benefit from attending this program. A "Managing Diabetes" program will be held on Monday, November 24, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at the County Extension Office, Quitman, TX. There is no charge to attend. Just call the Extension Office at 903-763- 2924 if you are interested in attending, so we will have enough materials. Our speaker for this program will be Stacy Lennon. She is a Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator who will share very practical information that you can use each day. Bring a friend, come learn!
Nov. 13 "Home Sweet Home for the Holidays" Programs, 10:00 a.m. and again at 6:00 p.m., First Baptist Church, Quitman, TX (Fellowship hall) $5.00 per person. No need to pre-register. Just come and enjoy! Sponsored by the Wood County TEEA Club (TX Extension Education Association).
