Marvin D. Nicholson, 1954-2019

Marvin D. Nicholson, 64, of Mineola died Nov. 21, 2018. He was born March 16, 1954 in Fort Worth to the late Mary Frances Adams and Walter Coy Nicholson.

He is survived by his wife, Tina Nicholson of Grand Saline; daughters, Chasity Nicholson, Leah Barrera, Megan Nicholson and Taylor Nicholson, all of Mineola; seven grandchildren; five brothers; and one sister.

Special Olympics returns in style

Symphonic band presents Christmas concert

Concerts are Sunday, Dec. 17, at 2 p.m. and Tuesday evening, Dec. 19, at 7:30 p.m. Mike Holbrook is back in the director’s seat, so it’s sure to be a fun-filled couple of hours.
