McGahee earns national prose interpretation title
Belmont University senior Meritt McGahee of Alba was the individual national champion in Prose Interpretation during the National Christian College Forensics Invitational hosted by Belmont March 7-9.
Belmont’s Speech and Debate Team was named overall tournament champions at the event, as well as at the Tennessee Intercollegiate Forensics Association state tournament on Feb. 17-18.
