ETMC Quitman, QISD host flu shot clinic
ETMC Quitman and the Quitman ISD School Health Advisory Committee will partner to host a flu shot clinic for students and staff of QISD.
The clinic will be held Oct. 18, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the lobby of ETMC Quitman. Vaccines will be available for $20 cash. Medicaid-eligible students may present their card and receive a vaccine with no out-of-pocket charge. All students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who must sign a consent form in order for the vaccine to be administered.
