Mineola board accepts bid for new maintenance facility
Mineola ISD has accepted the bid of $339,112 from Southwest Steel Buildings for the construction of a new maintenance building.
Work is expected to begin the last week of January or first week of February.
Once the new maintenance building is complete, renovation of the old maintenance building will begin. It will be converted into three Career and Technical Education shops for HVAC, industrial maintenance and industrial technology.
The new shops are expected to be completed during the summer in preparation for the next school year.
