In addition to recognizing the district’s principals, the Mineola School Board paid tribute to the following students and staff at the Monday, Oct. 16 meeting.

Primary school - Blair Armendariz and Weston McMahon

Elementary school - Owen MacArthur and Layla Foster

Middle school - Anden Dotson and Trinity Weekly

High school - Jayla and Kyra Jackson and Colton McMahon

Support staff - Justin Bamberg with maintenance

Team member - Marisela Campuzano with the elementary school

The district’s principals and assistants include Chase Thomas and Adam McMahon at high school, Brittany Thompson and Joshua Snook at middle school, Angela Shine and Nick Kelly at elementary school and Jole Ray and James Knabenshue at primary.

During the meeting Mineola Caring & Shraing made a $2,000 donation, $500 for each campus, to be used to assist students in need.
