Mineola girls golf team places 12th in state meet
The Mineola varsity girls golf team did not improve on their 12th-place position on the second day of the state golf tournament Tuesday, May 16 at the Jimmy Clay municipal golf course in Austin.
Final two-day scores are as follows:
Bransyn Anderson 95-98=193, Savannah Lopez 106-96=202, Valerie Moreland 117-108=225, Sarah Smith 119-121=240. Team total 860.
Winning team was Wall with 332-342=674.
