November 13

12:51 a.m., vehicle stop/arrest, 700 blk N. Johnson, arrested Deborah Eberhart for resisting.

1:00 p..m., suspicious person, N. Johnson, subjects in parking lot ran out of gas asking people for money, advised someone is bringing them gas.

1:29 p.m., disturbance, Padgett, five or six people fighting at location, no offense occurred, verbal only.

6:32 p.m., disturbance, 100 blk NE Loop 564, male observed shoving female into vehicle, unable to locate.

6:59 p.m., information, 300 bk of Greenville, subject seeking information on warrant.

9:06 p.m., debris in roadway, roadway clear.

9:34 p.m., reckless driver, S.Pacific at city limits, vehicle following and tailgating subject since Tyler, vehicle stopped, subject claimed person in other vehicle committed crime, arrested Darian Nigel Sparks for driving while intoxicated.

November 14

9:07 a.m., unsecured area, S. Pacific, garage door open, cleared and doors secured.

10:55 a.m., public assist, S. Pacific, railroad arms down and traffic light not working.

1:11 p.m., unknown offense, Robin, 911 hang up, pocket dial.

6:18 p.m., city ordinance violation, W. Kilpatrick at Pegues, burning, unable to locate.

6:24 p.m., disturbance, E. Broad, incident was verbal and parties had been drinking.

10:20 p.m., welfare concern, W. Front, subject dropped off children at other parent’s and received call they were being hit, subjects agreed children would go with father for the night.

11:26 p.m., suspicious person, 200 blk N. Pacific, trying to make contact with subject on bicycle and unable to locate.

November 15

9:59 a.m., public assist, debris in roadway, removed.

10:47 a.m., theft, 100 blk NE Loop 564, viewed video and no offense occurred.

10:51 a.m., assault, McDaniel, subject reported being assaulted by family member, does not wish to pursue charges.

12:20 p.m., motor vehicle accident, W. Broad at Line, minor, motorcycle rider observed yelling at driver of SUV, unable to locate.

12:32 p.m., suspicious person/vehicle, Springlake, person putting flyers in mailboxes, contacted company and advised person would stop.

1:54 p.m., suspicious person, W. Blair, subject walking around building, no offense occurred.

3:54 p.m., harassment, 100 blk NE Loop 564. 

4:17 p.m., welfare concern, W. Front, juvenile ran out of house after argument, subject returned.

6:02 p.m., alarm, NW Loop 564, open door observed, building locked and secured, no sign of criminal activity.

6:05 p.m., harassment, W. Patten, advised to contact school police.

6:48 p.m., reckless driver, Hwy. 37 North, unable to maintain lane, unable to locate.

7:22 p.m., suspicious vehicles, N. Newsom, two vehicles loading items into cars.

7:50 p.m., disturbance, Peachtree, subject asked suspect to leave property and refused, left prior to officer arrival.

8:33 p.m., found property, S. Pacific, wallet.

9:03 p.m., warrant service, W. Blair, Jacob Dale Large arrested.

November 16

2:24 a.m., suspicious vehicle, Nature Preserve, unoccupied and unsecured.

6:26 a.m., alarm, N. Pacific, everything clear.

10:39 a.m., reckless driver, 1100 blk N. Pacific, weaving in and out of traffic and tailgating, unable to locate.

11:59 a.m., escort, 1100 blk N. Pacific, funeral.

5:10 p.m., motor vehicle accident, 200 blk E. Broad, two vehicles, no injuries.

5:46 p.m., city ordinance violation, Country Club at Frances, directed patrol requested for burning.

11:08 p.m., alarm, N. Pacific, building secure.

November 17

12:15 a.m., suspicious vehicle, Brenlind, vehicle unsecured with keys in ignition, belonged to construction crew.

1:32 a.m., unsecured area, S. Line, checked property and notified owner.

2:30 a.m., public assist, 800 blk N. Pacific, debris in roadway, roadway clear.

3:03 a.m., suspicious subject, E. Broad, subject digging through trash.

6:09 a.m., information, Second at W. Patten.

8:20 a.m., civil matter, Pegues, no offense over parking spot.

10:36 a.m., warrant service, Read, no contact.

12:18 p.m., warrant service, Greenville, no contact.

12:45 p.m., suspicious vehicle, Nature Preserve, owner is camping.

2:05 p.m., information, Molly, wife’s phone receiving numerous calls, subject refused to talk to officer.

2:18 p.m., motorist assist, 300 blk Greenville, no officer needed.

5:18 p.m., reckless driver, Sycamore, speeding up and down street, unable to locate.

6:38 p.m., suspicious vehicle, W. Front, unable to locate.

11:20 p.m., assist other agency, 600 blk W. Newsom, assist sheriff’s deputy with traffic stop.

November 18

1:13 a.m., animal control, N. Pacific, copperhead in bedroom, relocated to Nature Preserve.

5:17 a.m., reckless driver, Grenville at city limits, speeding and unable to maintain lane, vehicle stopped, one citation and one warning.

9:06 a.m., welfare concern, W. Patten, subject being followed.

11:23 a.m., public assist, 100 blk NE Loop 564, child locked in car, vehicle unlocked.

12:12 p.m., welfare concern, S. Johnson, subject concerned about child, referred to CPS.

2:15 p.m., information, Molly, subject’s wife receiving unwanted calls.

3:02 p.m., warrant service, University, no contact.

4:10 p.m., civil matter, 700 blk S. Johnson, subject evicted from location reported lawn mowers taken by landlord.

4:16 p.m., information, 300 blk Greenville, subject called, did not receive drivers license back after traffic stop, reviewed body camera footage which showed license was returned.

4:46 p.m., public assist, E. Broad at Pacific, crossing arms down and vehicles crossing train tracks.

6:09 p.m., motorist assist, W. Broad at Newsom.

6:24 p.m., warrant service, University, Melisa Champang Seay arrested.

6:52 p.m., information, W. Buchanan, CPS case, mother and children appear to be OK and healthy.

7:28 p.m., theft, 300 blk Greenville, subject advised girlfriend stole items while at work.

9:29 p.m., suspicious person, Country Club Dr., subject is owner.

10:16 p.m., information, W. Broad, 911 hang up, subject from prior call had most items returned, one remaining item will be civl matter until proof of ownership can be determined.

10:35 p.m., alarm, W. Broad, doors appear secure and building clear.

November 19

2:14 a.m., traffic stop/arrest, 2200 blk N. Pacific, Ashley Burdett arrested for driving while intoxicated.

5:06 a.m., public assist, Nature Preserve, party seeking jump for dead battery.

7:00 a.m., unknown offense, 1000 blk S. Pacific, male shoving female, verbal argument.

12:06 p.m., reckless driver, 1100 blk N. Pacific, unable to maintain lane, unable to locate.

2:14 p.m., motor vehicle accident, 100 blk E. Broad, two vehicles.

2:16 p.m., motor vehicle accident, 100 blk NE Loop 564, in parking lot.

3:14 p.m., motor vehicle accident, 900 blk W. Patten, two vehicles, one citation issued.

3:18 p.m., warrant service, 300 blk Greenville, Richard Ibey Grammer, warrant from Palestine.

3:33 p.m., theft, NE Loop 564, cart of merchandise taken while subject in restroom.

3:39 p.m., warrant service, Read, no contact.

4:12 p.m., civil matter, Brenda, boyfriend moved out and took subject’s truck.

4:55 p.m., public assist, 300 blk Greenville, interview officer for school assignment.

5:13 p.m., motorist assist, Greenville, subject unfamiliar with area following officer.

5:28 p.m., information, Springlake, disabled vehicle on street for several months.

5:30 p.m., alarm, W. Patten, employee on scene.

6:44 p.m., motor vehicle accident, N. Johnson at Greenville, minor, no injuries, two vehicles.

7:19 p.m., suspicious vehicle, N. Pacific, was employees.

9:21 p.m., warrant service, W. Blair, no contact.

10:42 p.m., alarm, W. Patten, no signs of criminal activity.

11:04 p.m., trespassing, E. Broad, unable locate subject.

11:18 p.m., suspicious persons, Autumn Wind, kids knocking on door, unable to locate.

11:47 p.m., assist other agency, 1000 blk S. Pacific, assist county deputy.

11:57 p.m., suspicious vehicle, E. Broad, parent waiting on child to be dropped off.
