April 16
12:26 a.m., welfare concern, N. Pacific, male subject in parking lot several days, officer advised a friend would be assisting.
8:44 a.m., reckless driver, W. Broad at N. Pacific, truck unable to maintain lane, unable to locate.
10:45 a.m., suspicious person, Wigley, female looking in vehicles, unable to locate.
3:30 p.m., reckless driver, N. Pacific at city limits, truck pulling motor home with no tires, sheriff’s deputy located vehicle.
5:05 p.m., motor vehicle accident, W. Buchanan at N. Pacific, two vehicles, no injuries.
6:42 p.m., unknown offense, Ivey at Graham, gunshots heard, advised was fireworks.
7:27 p.m., unknown offense, 300 blk Krause, advised kids shooting fireworks.
9:42 p.m., civil matter, 300 blk Greenville, dispute over trailer, advised is a civil matter.
10:35 p.m., reckless driver, 1800 blk E. Broad, unable to maintain lane, vehicle stopped and no impairment detected.
April 17
2:53 a.m., welfare concern, Goodson Cir., subject hearing things outside, did not see or hear anything.
3:47 a.m., suspicious vehicle, E. Broad, business owner’s daughter on roof.
7:53 a.m., assist other agency, FM 1254, report of shots fired inside residence, sheriff’s office reported everything OK.
9:32 a.m., unknown offense, Elliott, subject did not need police as advised.
12:23 p.m., suspicious persons, W. Buchanan, three teens in pajamas knocking on doors, unable to locate.
12:47 p.m., reckless driver, N. Pacific, vehicle almost ran subject off road, parked at business, legally parked and unoccupied.
2:29 p.m., theft, Krause, TV and gaming system taken, civil matter as family member took it.
2:45 p.m., suspicious person, Walnut, toy gun, subject took it home.
2:59 p.m., information, W. Broad, vehicle possibly stolen, advised to check with lender.
7:52 p.m., unknown offense, 200 blk W. Front, vehicles parked in grass, parties moved off grass.
8:00 p.m., vehicle stop/arrest, 200 blk W. Broad, Savannah Cooksey arrested for Van Zandt County warrant.
8:19 p.m., motorist assist, CR 2724, keys locked in car, friend assisted.
April 18
1:39 a.m., suspicious vehicle, E. Broad, subject using wifi at business.
3:48 a.m., suspicious vehicle, N. Pacific, employee waiting to go to work.
9:38 a.m., alarm, Newsom, worker on scene.
11:56 a.m., theft, S. Pacific, phone left in vehicle at dealership, advised civil matter.
12:06 p.m., identity theft, Greenville, subject filing taxes online informed had already been filed using name.
1:04 p.m., reckless driver, FM 1254 at Loop 564, tailgating and driving at high speed, parked at store and went inside.
2:15 p.m., information, NE Loop 564, vehicle repossession.
3:40 p.m., warrant service, Boundary, Christopher Andrew Stakem arrested and animals seized.
4:49 p.m., assault, Brenda, subject taken to hospital, Johnny Wayne Foster arrested, assault causes bodily injury of family/household member with previous conviction.
5:16 p.m., motor vehicle accident, N. Newsom, vehicle backed into subject’s vehicle.
11:53 p.m., suspicious vehicle, Giraud, alley behind business, unknown vehicle and subjects using flashlights, new tenant putting items in storage.
April 19
12:43 a.m., alarm, Baker, everything OK, may be animals setting off.
2:17 a.m., assist other agency, FM 1254, no evidence of reported intruders.
10:39 a.m., warrant service, Graham, Justin Morgan Powledge arrested.
10:50 a.m., theft, NE Loop 564, picking up case information.
11:31 a.m., welfare concern, N. Pacific, unattended toddler in vehicle, mother was in vehicle upon officer arrival.
12:30 p.m., disorderly conduct, S. Pacific, lewd photos sent to phone by subject upset about money, victim does not wish to press charges.
12:39 p.m., suspicious vehicle, S. Pacific at Loop 564, U-Haul broken down, unable to locate.
1:50 p.m., welfare concern, Karen, 9-1-1 call, open line, home vacant.
6:00 p.m., unknown offense, 300 blk Greenville, party wants information on signing waiver of prosecution, referred to judge.
7:07 p.m., theft, 300 blk Greenville, information concerning possible location of item from prior report.
11:10 p.m., found property, NE Loop 564, brown liquid outside store, disposed of.
11:37 p.m., public assist, 300 blk Greenville, subject asked to use phone, living in car, which had broken down, contacted mother who did not wish to come get subject.
April 20
6:32 a.m., assist other agency, 400 blk N. Pacific, lift assist for EMS.
8:56 a.m., information, N. Pacific, employee having issues with ex-boyfriend, attempting to get protection order.
1:55 p.m., disorderly conduct, NE Loop 564, man sitting on back of car yelling and “acting crazy,” officer stated man was talking to God.
2:40 p.m., suspicious person, 300 blk Meadowbrook, three men walking around area with yellow vests and clipboards.
3:10 p.m., information, N. Pacific, preacher seeking information about youth attending camp.
4:00 p.m., city ordinance violation, 300 blk Meadowbrook, same three subjects as before, advised men will go to city hall for permit.
8:01 p.m., public assist, University, neighbor’s bright lights shining into yard, civil matter.
8:52 p.m., welfare concern, NE Loop 564, elderly female in wheelchair seems confused, subject wished to stay in parking lot for the night.
April 21
10:23 a.m., N. Pacific at Greenville, unattended vehicle with hazard lights reported, out of gas, pushed out of roadway.
10:44 a.m., welfare concern, NE Loop 564, subject waiting on a ride.
11:33 a.m., public assist, 1200 blk N. Pacific, removal of grocery cart from roadway.
3:53 p.m., motor vehicle accident, NE Loop 564, vehicle hit in parking lot earlier, civil issue.
9:26 p.m., assist other agency, University, assist Alba police looking for vehicle, unable to locate.
11:30 p.m., assist other agency, Sycamore, assist Alba police serving warrant.
April 22
1:57 a.m., assist other agency, PR 6304, report of disturbance, assist sheriff’s office, suspect arrested.
10:47 a.m., theft, Freeman, white Ford truck missing.
12:47 p.m., public assist, W. Kilpatrick, low hanging wire, utility company contacted.
1:06 p.m., theft, N. Newsom, several items missing from house while subjects moving, some property recovered from location where landlord dumped.
1:28 p.m., reckless driver, S. Pacific, tailgating and slowing in front of subject, pulled into store, unable to locate.
1:46 p.m., disturbance, McDaniels, subject evicted had returned and had electricity turned back on, subjects yelling, advised to speak with JP court about evictions.
3:07 p.m., alarm, N. Johnson, doors locked, may have been set off by construction next door.
4:25 p.m., public assist, 300 blk Greenville, subject had puppy stuck under seat, assisted.
6:12 p.m., assault, NE Loop 564, subject putting groceries in car when man hit husband and pushed into car, will check surveillance video.
7:07 p.m., alarm, Wigley, homeowner reset.
10:24 p.m., unknown offense, N. Pacific, suspicious odor reported, officer could not smell it.
11:23 p.m., unsecured area, W. Broad, open door, owners on scene.
Officers also made 70 traffic stops and 20 animal control calls.
