1:17 a.m., motorist assist, 1300 blk S. Pacific, vehicle with flashers on, locked and secure.

3:00 a.m., assist other agency, customer in distress after taking one chip challenge, taken by EMS.

3:50 a.m., disturbance, Molly, parental issue involving behavior of son.

6:46 a.m., alarm, W. Loop 564, employees opening up business.

7:41 a.m., suspicious person, E. Broad, person on bicycle making customers uncomfortable, criminal trespass issued.

10:05 a.m., welfare concern, NW Loop 564 at Hwy. 69, subject on bicycle riding in middle of road, unable to locate.

12:58 p.m., theft, Ivey, lock box.

7:00 p.m., welfare concern, 700 blk Pegues, child walking down street, adult at residence would not answer door.

7:10 p.m., assist other agency, Hwy. 69 N., male yelling and running in and out of traffic, subject detained and turned over to sheriff’s office.

9:20 p.m., reckless driver, 100 blk NE Loop 564, possible drunken driver, males dumped cans in parking lot, unable to locate. 

September 11

12:29 a.m., unknown offense, W. Broad, 911 hang up, subject was looking for child but located just as they made the call.

1:03 a.m., assist other agency, US Hwy. 80 east of city, westbound train throwing sparks, unable to locate.

3:28 a.m., vehicle stop/arrest, 100 blk N. Pacific, Sabino de la Paz Garcia of Mineola arrested for driving while intoxicated. 

10:39 a.m., suspicious person, N. Pacific, man sleeping in restroom, no contact.

1:21 p.m., information, NE Loop 564, man misplaced debit card, reported to bank.

11:38 p.m., information, N. Newsom, female kicked out of location.

11:42 p.m., disturbance, Wells, two males hitting vehicle with baseball bat. 

September 12

8:10 a.m., criminal mischief, Wells, additional damages to vehicle (earlier report).

8:11 a.m., welfare concern, N. Newsom, elderly female on front porch, granddaughter en route.

2:48 p.m., theft, 100 blk Stone, phone and credit card, officer tried to call the phone, not located.

8:46 p.m., warrant service, Ponder, no contact.

10:15 p.m., alarm, N. Pacific, canceled by alarm company.

10:20 p.m., public assist, S. Johnson, escort subject to parked vehicle.

September 13

9:20 a.m., information, 1200 blk Bromberg, vehicle repossession.

9:35 a.m., theft, N. Pacific, iPad missing since July.

9:45 a.m., welfare concern, N. Johnson,  subject walking around trying to sell wallet.

11:25 a.m., welfare concern, Landers, 911 hang up.

12:33 p.m., assist other agency, Hwy. 69 N. at Loop 564, man laying on side of roadway, sheriff’s office giving ride to county line.

8:38 p.m., suspicious vehicle, CR 2724, subject is leaving Nature Preserve.

September 14

6:55 a.m., alarm, W. Broad, set off by employee.

8:13 a.m., suspicious persons, E. Front, three persons at train station, everything OK.

8:16 a.m., information, Sycamore, broken window at residence under construction, no one on location, nothing found.

10:36 a.m., terroristic threat, Phillips, family member sent message, advised to contact justice of peace for restraining order.

10:43 a.m., motor vehicle accident, 2200 N. Pacific, three vehicles, injuries.

12:49 p.m., suspicious person, N. Pacific, subject in store taking photos, left in vehicle.

1:01 p.m., suspicious person, NE Loop 564, subject from prior report circling parking lot, last seen heading north.

1:39 p.m., suspicious person, NW Loop 564, subject exposing himself to two females, matched description from prior calls.

3:35 p.m., suspicious person, NE Loop 564, male subject in women’s restroom, not same subject of prior calls.

5:31 p.m., assist other agency, Hwy. 69 North at CR 2330, one vehicle accident, no injuries.

11:13 p.m., disturbance, University, party reported receiving call about assault, subject not at residence.

Officers also made 52 traffic stops and nine animal control calls.
