10:54 a.m., assist other agency, Hwy. 37, verbal disturbance between husband and wife, female subject advised criminal trespass still in effect.

12:44 p.m., suspicious vehicle, S. Pacific, vehicle parked in alley, work vehicle.

1:15 p.m., civil matter, Country Club Dr., parties agreed to talk things out.

2:06 p.m., suspicious person, N. Newsom, male walking around area for two hours, unable to locate.

4:39 p.m., assault, Country Club Dr., father pushing mother around from earlier incident, Billy Joe Threlkeld arrested for assault causes bodily injury family violence.

6:09 p.m., assault, University, someone broke into house, struck subject, EMS called, two suspects identified.

8:28 p.m., information, N. Newsom, two power lines in trees causing sparks, SWEPCO contacted.

8:28 p.m., information, Greenville, woman fell in bleachers possibly breaking leg, EMS on scene.

8:42 p.m., information, CR 458, tree down in roadway, fire department requested.

9:26 p.m., assault, University, from prior incident, criminal trespass to be issued.

10:09 p.m., suspicious vehicle, CR 2724, vehicle leaving nature preserve.

11:31 p.m., assist other agency, Hwy. 69, WCSO called about motor vehicle accident north of loop, two critical patients, fire department paged. 

July 9

5:42 a.m., terroristic threat, N. Pacific, customer made threats to employees, passenger in vehicle had gun in lap, subject left, returned, asked to leave.

6:03 a.m., alarm, NE Loop 564, alarm malfunctioning.

7:13 a.m., unknown offense, N. Line, party heard subject on steps of church crying, Deanna Michelle Greer arrested for Smith County warrant.

12:59 p.m., drug offense, Welch, unknown substance found in rusted tin.

4:34 p.m., fraud, N. Pacific, threats for payment, no offense, credit bureau will be contacted.

5:05 p.m., assist other agency, University, EMS call.

5:13 p.m., reckless driver, E. Hwy. 80 at city limits, possibly intoxicated driver, unable to locate.

7:00 p.m., assist other agency, CR 2503, fire call.

10:12 p.m., suspicious vehicles, N. Line at Commerce, 4-5 trucks blocking roadway, unable to locate.

10:20 p.m., public assist, N. Line, subject with suicidal thoughts, went willingly with EMS.

10:53 p.m., welfare concern, Bromberg, yelling heard from apartment, subjects advised just rough housing and will quiet down.

July 10

5:54 a.m., information, Patten at Sycamore, street light flickering.

7:40 a.m., reckless driver, FM 49 at Loop 564, unable to maintain lane, unable to locate.

9:18 a.m., theft, NE Loop 564, suspect arrested, went with EMS to hospital.

9:33 a.m., trespassing, Country Club Dr., party requesting suspect to be trespassed.

11:03 a.m., public assist, 300 Greenville, finger printing.

12:45 p.m., civil matter, Lowe, possible stolen vehicles.

2:49 p.m., escort, N. Pacific at Loop 564, funeral.

3:55 p.m., suspicious persons, Maxine, persons on property not supposed to be there, no one found on property.

5:05 p.m., disturbance, Debby, male and female fighting in parking lot, Charles Edward Tyeskie, Odessa, arrested for assault causes bodily injury of family/household member impeding breathing/circulation.

6:58 p.m., public assist, 300 Greenville, subject needed to pick up drivers license.

11:42 p.m., city ordinance violation, Mimosa, loud music, unable to locate.

July 11

1:10 a.m., assist other agency, Sycamore, assist EMS with pregnancy.

4:53 a.m., city ordinance violation, University, machinery keeping subject awake, officer advised machinery not in use.

11:45 a.m., motor vehicle accident, Circle, hit and run.

12:56 p.m., civil matter, Giraud, party has tree trimmer and neighbors putting limbs on pile.

1:23 p.m., public assist, N. Johnson at N. Pacific, “do not enter” sign damaged.

1:57 p.m., civil matter, Sycamore, directed patrol for illegal activity.

3:42 p.m., reckless driver, E. Broad at Loop 564, unable to maintain lane, driver not impaired.

3:59 p.m., reckless driver, E. Broad at N. Pacific, unable to maintain lane, parked prior to officer arrival.

5:26 p.m., disturbance, Greenville, verbal, no offense, parties separated.

5:39 p.m., burglary, Turman, door kicked in.

6:58 p.m., public assist, 300 Greenville, assistance with accident report.

7:11 p.m., public assist, CR 2501, checked on male wearing all black walking a dog.

8:15 p.m., motor vehicle accident, W. Broad, parking lot.

9:54 p.m., information, NE Loop 564, case files picked up. 

July 12

3:28 a.m., alarm, N. Pacific, doors locked and secured.

2:32 p.m., subject stopped, E. Front, motorized vehicle on sidewalk, moved off sidewalk.

8:10 p.m., reckless driver, Sycamore at W. Blair, speeding, unable to locate.

9:54 p.m., assist other agency, Meadowbrook at Rainbow, possible runaway in area.

July 13

7:58 a.m., information, Debby, party looking for missing son, officer determined had not stayed at location.

9:15 a.m., found property, Lakeside, bicycle.

11:27 a.m., assist other agency, Greenville, assist EMS.

4:45 p.m., reckless driver, N. Hwy. 69, passing in no-passing zone, unable to locate.

July 14

4:07 a.m., W. Broad, building secure.

6:59 a.m., assist other agency, Hwy. 80, stolen vehicle from Grand Saline, unable locate.

9:56 a.m., theft, E. Broad, ID theft.

2:54 p.m., city ordinance violation, 100 blk S. Johnson, boys skateboarding on sidewalk, unable to locate.

3:35 p.m., criminal mischief, N. Johnson, excrement on sidewalk.

3:55 p.m., public assist, 300 Greenville, subject claimed did not receive license back after reporting crime.

4:20 p.m., public assist, N. Pacific at Loop 564, tire debris in roadway, moved out of roadway.

6:10 p.m., public assist, 300 Greenville, assistance sought with child custody order, advised is a civil matter.

6:51 p.m., suspicious vehicle, N. Line, unfamiliar vehicle, directed patrol issued for the night, will be towed if it remains.

Officers also answered 19 animal control calls and made 107 traffic stops.

Mineola police began another Selected Traffic Enforcement Program through the Texas Dept. of Transportation on Friday, July 14 and made 65 traffic stops that day.
