2:30 a.m., unknown offense, N. Pacific, subject rode bike to store and it was stolen, police located bicycle at a residence, subject does not want to press charges.

9:39 a.m., suspicious person, N. Johnson, subject picking up pecans, told not to go into residents’ yards.

10:28 a.m., suspicious person, subject picking up pecans, unable to locate.

12:30 p.m., disturbance, N. Newsom, female screaming at subject, no offense occurred.

2:31 p.m., assault, N. Pacific, subject reported being assaulted by co-worker.

3:30 p.m., welfare concern, N. Pacific, person in store begging for money, has also taken items from store, will check into issuing criminal trespass warning.

4:27 p.m., welfare concern, W. Kilpatrick, subject called about not being OK, EMS transported.

5:24 p.m., civil matter, University, subject without lease agreement wanting to know how to get belongings.

7:38 p.m., information, NE Loop 564, subject reported being approached by female wanting money.

10:21 p.m., suspicious persons, Hwy. 37, persons having car trouble waiting for ride.

November 12

1:02 a.m., motorist assist, 1200 blk N. Pacific, needing directions.

8:10 a.m., city ordinance violation, 800 blk Second, shot fired, unable to locate.

8:35 a.m., motor vehicle accident, E Loop 564, subject struck in parking lot, transported by EMS.

10:03 a.m., motor vehicle accident, 2200 blk N. Pacific, two vehicles, no injuries.

4:17 p.m., disturbance, University, yelling reported, nothing heard upon officer arrival.

6:44 p.m., assist other agency, Wren, medical call.

7:26 p.m., motor vehicle accident, N. Pacific, Travis Jordan Clark, Winnsboro arrested for outstanding warrant.

12:55 p.m., information, W. Broad, officer flagged down, driver wanted officer to know about 18 wheeler west of town (outside city) that threw rocks on his vehicle.

12:59 p.m., suspicious person, CR 2724, person filming.

1:11 p.m., information, McWhorter, vehicle repossession.

2:46 p.m., vehicle stop, 600 blk W. Broad, paraphernalia, open container found, citations issued.

5:29 p.m., suspicious vehicle, N. Johnson, loaded semi parked in roadway, belongs to homeowner, will be leaving soon.

5:55 p.m., motor vehicle accident, 1000 blk NW Loop 564, one vehicle, hit deer.

6:44 p.m., public assist, W. Blair, vehicle reported stolen, was repossessed.

10:37 p.m., public assist, 1200 blk N. Pacific, debris removed from roadway.

9:11 a.m., reckless driver, 1200 blk N. Pacific, vehicle following reporting party, no offense, parties separated.

11:43 a.m., assist other agency, Hwy. 37 at CR 2303, two vehicles blocking roadway.

1:04 p.m., motorist assist, 300 Greenville, minor traffic accident, no injuries.

2:11 p.m., information, Henry, vehicle repossession.

2:55 p.m., information, E. Commerce, vehicle repossession.

5:44 p.m., assist other agency, CR 2425, grease fire.

6:33 p.m., reckless driver, 2200 blk N. Pacific, possibly intoxicated, officer advised subject not intoxicated.

9:36 p.m., motor vehicle accident, W. Broad at Loop 564, one vehicle, subject transported to hospital.

10:30 p.m., suspicious vehicle, N. Newsom, subject possibly going through Dumpster, not located.

November 15

12:08 a.m., reckless driver, N. Pacific, possibly intoxicated, unable to locate.

9:47 a.m., disturbance, NE Loop 564, subjects fighting, parties separated, verbal only.

11:46 a.m., welfare concern, Harris, unable to contact employee, contact made.

6:54 p.m., reckless driver, E. Broad at city limits, unable to maintain lane, unable to locate.

7:08 p.m., reckless driver, 200 blk W. Broad, Juan Manuel Gonzalez, Mineola, arrested for driving while intoxicated with open alcohol container.

11:10 p.m., disturbance, N. Johnson, family dispute, parties separated. 

November 16

4:35 a.m., assist other agency, Short, EMS call, transported to Tyler.

7:17 a.m., information, W Loop 564, vehicle left at location following wreck.

8:01 a.m., assist other agency, Hwy. 69 at Loop 564, minor traffic accident.

11:45 a.m., suspicious vehicle, 2800 blk W. Broad, UPS truck unloading into seasonal worker’s vehicle.

12:22 p.m., found property, Sycamore, debit card, returned to owner.

6:48 p.m., unknown offense, NE Loop 564, vehicle running with two small children inside, parents counseled on leaving children in vehicle.

7:10 p.m., unknown offense, N. Line St., open 911 call, everything OK.

11:10 p.m., unknown offense, Francis, two men yelling, no offense occurred.

November 17

7:30 a.m., public assist, N. Newsom, help replacing smoke alarm batteries.

8:17 a.m., public assist, Nuss, party advised to go through civil court to dispose of property left behind after eviction.

1:36 p.m., theft, N. Johnson, plants stolen.

4:06 p.m., assist other agency, NE Loop 564, EMS call.

5:46 p.m., information, NE Loop 564, vehicle repossession.

7:16 p.m., assist other agency, NE Loop 564, car on fire, two other vehicles damaged.

Officers also made 87 traffic stops and answered 22 animal control calls and nine alarms.

November 18

12:35 a.m., city ordinance violation, W. McDonald, possible lawn mowing heard, unable to locate.

1:08 a.m., reckless driver, 300 blk Greenville, vehicle pursuit, stopped past Loop 564, citation issued.

4:52 a.m., public assist, SE Loop 564, roadway debris, cleared.

5:13 a.m., suspicious person, E Loop 564 at railroad, unable to locate.

10:45 a.m., assault, E. Broad, subject does not wish to file charges.

1:19 p.m., motorist assist, 100 blk NE Loop 564, vehicle on its way.

3:10 p.m., public assist, NE Loop 564, wrecker called for burned vehicle.

5:41 p.m., city ordinance violation, 300 blk W. Blair, burning leaves, fire put out.

6:03 p.m., suspicious vehicle, E. Broad, truck parked several hours, person has left.

6:40 p.m., suspicious vehicle, CR 2724.

9:48 p.m., traffic stop/arrest, 1300 blk N. Pacific, Jamarius Jamal Dugar, Mineola, arrested for possession of controlled substance.

10:19 p.m., unknown offense, NE Loop 564, subject reported vehicle cut them off, then hit subject in face, incident report completed.

1:06 a.m., city ordinance violation, E. Blair at Wigley, loud music, music turned down.

1:27 a.m., assist other agency, NE Loop 564, sheriff’s office, reckless driver.

2:44 a.m., assist other agency, Lakeside, medical call, patient combative.

3:25 a.m., vehicle top/arrest, 200 blk E. Buchanan, Robertino Olvera-Gonzalez arrested for driving while intoxicated with open container.

8:14 a.m., assist other agency, E. Hwy. 80, traffic accident.

10:53 a.m., suspicious vehicle, 100 blk W. Broad, vehicle parked with door open over an hour, owner located.

11:40 a.m., terroristic threat, Lowe, threatening message from un known number in group text.

1:37 p.m., theft, NE Loop 564, man left store with unpaid items, Brandon James Bienek, Livingston, arrested.

5:49 p.m., motor vehicle accident, 100 blk E. Broad, hit ands run, vehicle hit in parking lot, suspect vehicle stopped in 1100 blk N. Pacific, Jasmine Desiree Johnson, Mineola, arrested for driving while intoxicated with children in vehicle.

6:06 p.m., public assist, N. Pacific, vehicle jumped.

9:37 p.m., city ordinance violation, 800 blk N. Johnson, semi truck parked at location, driver advised it would be moved.

November 20

1:19 a.m., assist other agency, N. Pacific, medical call.

3:30 a.m., resisting arrest, 300 Greenville, female attempted to run from police department, Jasmine Desiree Johnson arrested.

6:04 a.m., assist other agency, 1200 blk N. Pacific, assist sheriff’s office with traffic stop.

10:30 a.m., motor vehicle accident, 100 blk N. Pacific, minor, no injuries.

6:11 p.m., theft, 300 Greenville, deposit made on washer-dryer, apparently a scam.

7:33 p.m., disturbance, W. Loop 564, suspect threw bottle at subject and hit son, no injury and party did not want to file charges.

9:41 p.m., unknown offense, N. Newsom, subject going through donation bins.

November 21

6:57 a.m., unsecured area, W. Broad, back door open, building clear and secured.

7:23 a.m., assist other agency, McDaniel, large grass fire, is controlled burn.

7:42 a.m., reckless driver, Front at South, tractor-trailer hit sign.

3:15 p.m., terroristic threat, E. Blair, girls sending threatening text messages, blocked on social media, officer attempting to contact suspects.

5:47p.m., motorist assist, E. Broad, pedestrian possibly struck by vehicle, no accident occurred.

November 22

10:51 a.m., terroristic threat, N. Pacific, no offense occurred.

6:40 p.m., suspicious vehicle, W. Broad, parked vehicle with parking lights on, owner contacted.

8:30 p.m., motor vehicle accident, N. Pacific at Blair, two vehicles, no injuries.

10:54 p.m., suspicious vehicle, CR 2724, unoccupied vehicle.

November 23

7:53 a.m., reckless driver, N. Pacific at Loop 564, speeding, unable to maintain lane, stopped by officer, citation issued.

12:11 p.m., welfare concern, Greenville, subject’s vehicle broken down, waiting on person to come pick up.

2:57 p.m., assist other agency, 1200 blk N. Pacific, assist state trooper with traffic stop.

4:49 p.m., information, Front, person waiting overnight for train.

6:16 p.m., suspicious vehicle, W. Kilpatrick, everything OK.

7:50 p.m., reckless driver, 2200 blk N. Pacific, headed west on Hwy. 80, Van Zandt County advised.

8:00 p.m., missing person, 300 Greenville, subject from two prior calls reported missing from Lawton, Okla., transported to hospital.

November 24

1:24 a.m., suspicious person, Sofia, party reports hearing people breaking items in residence, officer heard nothing, no one answered door.

3:25 a.m., assist other agency, W. US 80, assist sheriff’s office on report of intoxicated subject.

4:17 a.m., public assist, N. Newsom, subject locked self out, assisted.

1:20 p.m., welfare concern, 900 blk Ivey, man riding scooter almost struck by vehicle, officer advised complying with law.

4:03 p.m., information, 300 Greenville, question about red light cameras.

6:49 p.m., city ordinance violation, N. Line, resident advised to put out large fire.

7:37 p.m., unknown offense, Sycamore, abandoned house with lights on, everything OK.

11:38 p.m., W. Front, loud music, turned down.

Officers also made 76 traffic stops, and answered 19 animal control calls and six alarms.
