11:28 p.m., assist other agency, 100 blk N. Pacific, sheriff’s officer requesting assistance with drunken driver.

January 27

7:40 a.m., assist other agency, 2200 blk S. Hwy. 69 at CR 41, minor traffic accident, Smith County advised.

10:55 a.m., escort, N. Pacific at Loop 564, funeral.

2:21 p.m., reckless driver, W. Broad at Loop 564, high speed, unable to maintain lane, unable to locate.

4:16 p.m., motor vehicle accident, N. Pacific, vehicle hit in parking lot.

4:29 p.m., civil matter, E. Broad, subject requested retrieving property from location where trespassed.

8:19 p.m., suspicious vehicle, 1200 blk N. Pacific, unable to maintain lane, driver distracted.

10:19 p.m., disturbance, N. Newsom, kids screaming, woman yelling at them, officer heard no noise.

1:19 a.m., assist other agency, CR 2220, assistance with second vehicle at traffic stop.

6:21 a.m., assist other agency, Hwy. 37 North, report of vehicle driving slowly and swerving, unable to locate.

8:01 a.m., trespassing, E. Broad, criminal trespass warning requested.

5:28 p.m., unknown offense, W. Front, vehicle owner at train station reported tool in hood, officer noted no damage.

7:33 p.m., suspicious vehicle, S. Johnson, no offense.

8:13 p.m., information, McWhorter, subject bought beer for minor, offense occurred outside city.

9:32 p.m., theft, NE Loop 564, Bryan John Adams, Hawkins, arrested for theft of property $100 to $750, possession of controlled substance (three counts), possession of dangerous drugs, prohibited substance in correctional facility.

11:03 p.m., unknown offense, N. Newsom, no criminal activity located.

8:32 a.m., welfare concern, N. Newsom, no offense.

2:57 p.m., information, 300 Greenville, subject given criminal trespass wanted to report being verbally harassed.

4:31 p.m., found property, N. Pacific, subject lives out of town, unable to contact.

9:44 p.m., public assist, N. Johnson, smell of gas, officer reported gasoline from nearby gas station.

10:53 p.m., suspicious person, W. McDonald, subject drive into driveway, seems confused, subject went with EMS.

9:18 a.m., information, N. Newsom, vehicle repossession.

9:31 a.m., public assist, N. Pacific, one-year-old locked in vehicle, unlocked, child OK.

1:36 p.m., fraud, W. Broad, money taken from bank account.

5:07 p.m., welfare concern, Isabella, young child outside in diaper, child is with parent.

5:24 p.m., welfare concern, W. Broad, has not seen subject in three days, no one appears to be home.

5:32 p.m., information, NE Loop 564, two cases ready for pickup.

7:43 p.m., reckless driver, NE Loop 564, three citations issued.

8:32 p.m., assist other agency, N. Pacific at city limits, vehicle firing gun into woods, unable to locate.

10:56 p.m., suspicious vehicle, NE Loop 564, vehicle unoccupied.

11:08 p.m., assist other agency, Lake Brenda, male subject walking naked carrying hatchet, unable to locate.

January 31

9:57 a.m., information, E. Loop 564, subject getting packages from deceased husband’s account, charged to a credit card that is not hers so has not lost any money, needs report made to shut off account.

12:47 p.m., motor vehicle accident, N. Pacific at E. Broad, minor, two vehicles, no injuries.

1:06 p.m., motor vehicle accident, W. Broad, parking lot, note left but unable to contact other driver.

2:06 p.m., city ordinance violation, Sophia, gunshots heard, unable to locate anything.

6:48 p.m., disturbance, English, yelling and cursing heard, unable to locate.

10:40 p.m., information, E. Broad, party advised to cancel pizza order.

10:46 p.m., welfare concern, 100 blk Nancy, subject called 911, does not speak English, unable to locate any disturbance in area.

February 1

9:22 a.m., welfare concern, E. Broad at N. Pacific, elderly man asleep at the wheel, gone prior to officer arrival.

10:16 a.m., theft, W. McDonald, internet money scam.

2:45 p.m., escort, N. Pacific at Loop 564, funeral.

3:24 p.m., public assist, 900 blk W. Patten, car with flat tire, tire changed.

4:05 p.m., reckless driver, N. Hwy. 69 at Loop 564, intermittent speed, officer observed vehicle driving fine.

7:43 p.m., missing person, NE Loop 564, dispute over child custody.

February 2

8:32 a.m., theft, N. Pacific, wallet lost, not stolen.

9:04 a.m., suspicious person, 1100 blk N. Newsom, directed patrol filled out.

9:39 a.m., welfare concern, University, contact made with party.

11:11 a.m., escort, 2200 blk N. Pacific, funeral.

2:02 p.m., suspicious vehicle, W. Kilpatrick, vehicle parked in front of residence for a week, is registered to that address.

2:08 p.m., information, NE Loop 564, vehicle repossession.

5:28 p.m., information, NE Loop 564, case report ready for pickup.

7:04 p.m., motorist assist, 100 blk W. Broad, vehicle pushed off roadway.

7:23 p.m., reckless driver, E. Hwy. 80, eastbound vehicle in westbound lane, unable to locate.

9:15 p.m., unknown offense, N. Newsom, kids running and slamming doors in apartments.

9:48 p.m., motor vehicle accident, 300 Greenville, no vehicle located.

11:28 p.m., unknown offense, NE Loop 564, minor holding beer in parking lot, Zachary Asher Jones, Grand Saline, arrested for furnishing alcohol to minor; James Robert DeGarmo Jr., Mineola, arrested for driving while intoxicated.

Officers also made 81 traffic stops, and answered 25 animal control calls and five alarms.
