12:03 a.m., information, University, handgun stolen, party to come in and make report.

12:11 a.m., suspicious person, N. Pacific, everything OK.

11:18 a.m., public assist, 300 Greenville, dog food and bleach dropped off for shelter.

11:19 a.m., information, 300 Greenville, subject wants to report theft.

4:53 p.m., unknown offense, N. Pacific, back pack against front door of store that is closed, back pack retrieved.

8:41 p.m., drug offense, N. Pacific, man asleep in vehicle, bag of drugs fell out when party opened door, items retrieved, unable to locate vehicle.

February 11

3:52 p.m., city ordinance violation, S. Johnson, no music heard.

5:32 p.m., reckless driver, S. Pacific at city limits, speeding, no offense occurred.

7:25 p.m., disturbance, W. Broad, parties separated, criminal trespass warning issued.

9:31 p.m., suspicious person, Autumn Wind Ct., male by Dumpster, no offense occurred.

11:02 p.m., disturbance, Debby, parties not separated but have been warned.

11:27 p.m., public assist, 600 blk W. Broad, debris in roadway, removed.

11:28 p.m., city ordinance violation, 1200 Bromberg, neighbors making noise, no noise heard.

February 12

12:46 a.m., suspicious vehicle, Autumn Wind Ct., unoccupied vehicle, paraphernalia confiscated, one detained.

1:02 a.m., civil matter, 1200 blk Bromberg, noise from apartment observed, none heard by officer.

6:34 a.m., public assist, 300 Greenville, subject wanting ride to Quitman, subject went with EMS.

9:04 a.m., suspicious person, E. Broad, man outside store on phone cursing and yelling, subject left property.

3:06 p.m., motor vehicle accident, 100 blk W. Broad, minor.

4:36 p.m., theft, N. Pacific, two mattress pads taken from dryer.

6:22 p.m., reckless driver, W. Broad at city limits, in wrong lane, unable to locate.

7:45 p.m., suspicious vehicle, W. Patten, vehicle in driveway with hood up, left prior to officer arrival.

9:22 p.m., information, 2500 blk W. Broad, utility company trying to locate gas smell.

February 13

2:00 a.m., public assist, N. Pacific, subject trying to get friend to give ride home, concerned about mother being with drunken father.

4:51 a.m., suspicious vehicle, 100 blk Sycamore, everything OK.

6:39 a.m., assist other agency, W. Broad, someone passed out in restaurant, transported by EMS.

1:46 p.m., reckless driver, N. Pacific at Loop 564, shooting paint balls at other drivers, unable to locate.

2:03 p.m., trespassing, E. Broad, female who had been criminally trespassed is inside store asking people for money, with male subject, moved next door, criminal trespass warning issued.

2:26 p.m., welfare concern, Country Club Dr., 911 hang up, subject fine.

4:08 p.m., motor vehicle accident, 200 Greenville, two vehicles, no injuries.

11:46 p.m., assist other agency, E. Broad at Loop 564, assist sheriff’s office.

February 14

8:46 a.m., city ordinance violation, NE Loop 564, parking violation.

8:53 a.m., subject stopped, N. Pacific, man waiting for ride.

2:11 p.m., motorist assist, N. Newsom, subject locked out of vehicle by dog with engine running, unlocked.

5:10 p.m., information, 300 Greenville, subject driving home intoxicated several nights per week.

6:55 p.m., disturbance, W. Kilpatrick, subject’s brother assaulted father, juvenile taken into custody, released to parents as no placement available.

February 15

12:48 a.m., information, Mimosa, male patient being abusive, officer spoke to suspect.

7:42 p.m., unknown offense, W. Kilpatrick, Snapchat account  hacked, money stolen.

7:50 a.m., motor vehicle accident, 600 blk W. Broad, two vehicles.

2:05 p.m., information, W. Kilpatrick, vehicle repossession.

2:12 p.m., information, N. Line, later left in mailbox, no threat discerned.

3:50 p.m., suspicious person, S. Johnson at E. Commerce, 911 call, subject transported by EMS.

4:38 p.m., civil matter, 300 Greenville, unable to retrieve possessions in storage unit.

5:12 p.m., unknown offense, NE Loop 564, subjects with loud speaker asking for money, told to leave property.

7:14 p.m., unknown offense, W. Kilpatrick, son throwing fit.

8:58 p.m., suspicious vehicle, W. Kilpatrick, more messages received and two vehicles driving by house slowly.

 9:21 p.m., suspicious vehicle, W. Loop 564, vehicle doing burnouts in school parking lot, parent taking juvenile home.

10:34 p.m., suspicious vehicle, NE Loop 564, driving at high speed.

11:13 p.m., public assist, E. Broad, checking front door, everything secure.

February 16

10:27 a.m., motorist assist, Hart/Wells, one-vehicle accident, truck hit pole, snapped in half, laying in road, vehicle left scene.

12:32 p.m., trespassing, N. Line, two homeless people on sidewalk begging for money, not trespassing as sidewalk is public.

4:01 p.m., reckless driver, 100 blk S. Pacific, unable to locate.

4:41 p.m., suspicious person, NE Loop 564, man in store harassing employees, criminal trespass warning issued.

5:26 p.m., suspicious person, NE Loop 564, man in parking lot looking in vehicles, person is waiting on ride.

5:34 p.m., welfare concern, Wells, subject contacted and is OK.

5:42 p.m., fraud, 300 Greenville, fraud on electronic device.

6:15 p.m., suspicious vehicle, 2200 blk N. Pacific, woman in drive through seems distressed, same vehicle as previous call, subjects did not appear in distress.

6:59 p.m., suspicious person, NE Loop 564, same person as prior call, asking for ride and money, unable to locate.

7:21 p.m., suspicious person, NE Loop 564, male in store asking customers for money, same as prior call, subject left property.

9:08 p.m., motor vehicle accident, N. Johnson at W. McDonald, two vehicles, one vehicle removed by wrecker.

9:33 p.m., suspicious vehicle, N. Pacific, vehicle at gas pumps over 45 minutes, same as prior calls, assisted subject with getting what he needed to leave city.

10:01 p.m., vehicle stop/arrest, 1200 blk N. Pacific, Patrick Brian Mahaffey, San Antonio, arrested for driving while intoxicated with open alcohol container.

10:32 p.m., unknown offense, W. McDonald, loud music, officer did not hear anything.

11:53 p.m., assist other agency, S. Pacific at Loop 564, assist sheriff’s office with traffic stop.

Officers also made 64 traffic stops, 11 animal control calls and answered three alarms.
