Mineola third, fourth grade pee wee cheerleaders place first in Emory
On Saturday, Nov. 19, Mineola’s third and fourth grade pee wee cheerleaders placed first in competition at Emory. Canton finished behind Mineola in second place with Van placing third. Other teams that competed in the event were Brownsboro, Sulphur Springs, Quitman and Lindale.
The third and fourth grade team is coached by Alicia McQuilliams and Taneshia London. Mineola’s first and second grade also competed and placed second in their age group while the fifth and sixth grade girls placed 4th.
