Musgraves up for four Grammy nominations
It’s been another sensational year for Mineola’s Kacey Musgraves, who has been nominated for four Grammy Awards.
Musgraves’ Golden Hour is up for Best Country Album of the Year as well as overall Album of the Year. In addition, the song “Space Cowboy” is a nominee for Best Country Song of the Year. The song was written by Musgraves, Luke Laird and Shane McAnally.
Musgraves also was nominated for Best Country Performance of the Year for her performance of the song “Butterflies.”
The 2019 Grammy Awards will take place at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Feb. 10. The televised ceremony starts at 7 p.m. on CBS.
Musgraves is coming off a trip to the Country Music Awards in November, where Golden Hour was chosen as Album of the Year. Producers are Ian Fitchuk, Daniel Tashian and Musgraves.
