New district clerk sworn in

Suzy Wright was sworn in as the Wood County District Clerk Monday morning by District Judge Brad McCampbell (left). Former Wood County District Attorney Mark Taylor (right) is holding the Bible for the ceremony. Wright replaces Donna Huston who resigned the post effective Dec. 31, with a year left in her term. Wright is running unopposed for the position in the March Republican primary and in the November general election.
