Probations revoked in 402nd District Court
Motions to revoke probation were heard for the following on Nov. 15 in 402nd District Court:
Marc Baker, Arlington, prohibited substance in a correctional facility, third degree felony, three years in state prison with 108 days credit for time served.
Michael Edward Rogers, Winnsboro, possession of a controlled substance penalty group one (PG1), four grams or more but less than 200, second degree felony, 10 years in state prison with 177 days credit for time served.
Dereck Lee Applegate, Pittsburg, possession of a controlled substance PG 3 less than 28 grams in drug free zone, state jail felony, 15 months in state jail with 110 days credit for time served.
William Lloyd Burnell, Houston, assault causes bodily injury of family/household member impeding breathing/circulation, third degree felony, unlawful restraint exposes to serious bodily injury, third degree felony, five years in state prison with 305 days credit for time served.
Irving Nazaet Rodriguez, Mt. Pleasant, possession of a controlled substance PG 1 less than one gram, state jail felony, one year in state jail with 196 days credit for time served.
Jade Lynelle Shaddock, Winnsboro, possession of a controlled substance PG1 less than one gram, state jail felony, nine months in state jail with 200 days credit for time served.
Antonio Dewayne Berry, Quitman, manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance PG1 four grams or more but less than 200, first degree felony, 15 years in state prison with 344 days credit for time served; tampering or fabricating physical evidence, third degree felony, eight years in state prison; theft of firearm, state jail felony, 18 months in state jail; guilty plea, possession of a controlled substance PG1 four grams or more but less than 200, second degree felony.
Margarito Branagan Alcantar, Hawkins, burglary of a building, state jail felony, 12 months in state jail with 184 days credit for time served.
Jordan Demarcus McGowen, Hawkins, theft of a firearm, state jail felony, nine months in state jail with 152 days credit for time served.
One guilty plea was also heard:
Jeromy Terrell Bibbs, El Paso, possession of a controlled substance PG1 less than one gram, state jail felony, two years in state prison suspended for four years community supervision with 120 hours community service, $1,000 fine and $290 court costs.
