The following guilty pleas were heard in 402nd District Court on Dec. 14:

Timothy John Wood, Holly Lake Ranch, possession of a controlled substance (PCS) penalty group (PG) one, less than one gram, state jail felony, deferred adjudication, five years community supervision with 120 hours community service, $1,500 fine and $290 court costs.

Jacob Aaron Cooksy, Lindale, theft of property more than $2,500 but less than $30,000, state jail felony, four days in county jail-time served, $4,400 restitution to the victim, $500 fine and $290 court costs.

Nathaniel Lynn Howard, Winnsboro, theft of property more than $2,500 but less than $30,000, state jail felony, deferred adjudication, five years community supervision with 120 courts community service, $2,000 fine and $355 court costs.

Eli Zadan Micaiah Stone, Winnsboro, assault family violence impeding breathing/circulation, third degree felony, dismissed.

Krystal Lee Wilson, Greenville, PCS PG1, less than one gram, state jail felony, two years in state prison suspended for two years community supervision, 120 hours community service and $800 fine.

David Cheyenne Williams, Lindale, PCS PG1 400 grams or more, first degree felony, 10 years in state prison with 200 days credit for time served, $3,000 fine and $290 court costs.

Melanie Doreen Wilson, Quitman, theft of property less than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions, state jail felony, five years in state prison with 309 days credit for time served.

Jeanne Lynn Thompson, Hooks, PCS PG1 less than one gram, state jail felony, two years in state jail suspended for five year community supervision with 120 hours community service, $2,500 fine and $290 court costs.

Evan Shane Castner, Lindale, PCS PG2 less than one gram, state jail felony, deferred adjudication, one year community supervision with 80 hours community service, $1,000 fine and $290 court costs.

Reginald Demar Christian, Hawkins, assault of pregnant person, third degree felony, six years in state prison suspended for six years community supervision, 160 hours community service, $3,000 fine and $290 court costs.
