Deputies spoke with the reporting person about 9:56 a.m. in reference to a burglary on FM 69 near Yantis. They gave the reporting person advice and cleared the incident.

Deputies responded to a suspicious person on CR 3204 near Quitman about 1:09 p.m. They located the person and everything was OK.

Deputies were dispatched to Main Street in Quitman about 3:31 p.m. in reference to suspicious circumstances. Franklin Waddell, 64 of Quitman was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.

Deputies spoke with a person at about 6:01 p.m. in reference to a disturbance on CR 4420 near Winnsboro. They advised the reporting person that it was a civil matter.

Deputies were dispatched to FM 17 near Alba approximately 7:27 p.m. on a disturbance. They spoke with everyone involved and cleared the incident.

Deputies were dispatched to CR 175 near Yantis about 9:03 p.m. in reference to credit/debit card abuse. They spoke with everyone involved and cleared the incident.

Deputies were dispatched to CR 1950 near Yantis at about 10:01 p.m. on suspicious circumstances. They searched the area but were unable to locate any suspicious activity.

DECEMBER 3, 2018

Deputies responded to a suspicious person on FM 69 near Alba at about 3:40 a.m. They searched the area but did not find the person.

Deputies were dispatched to Main Street in Yantis about 2:03 p.m. on an assault that occurred. The case was forwarded to investigators.

Deputies responded to a suspicious vehicle on West Oak Street in Yantis around 2:18 p.m. They located the vehicle and issued a citation

Deputies were dispatched to Wild Pine Lane near Hawkins around 3:07 p.m. in reference to an incident. Lindsay Arnett, 31 of Hawkins was arrested for abandonment /endangerment of a child, criminal negligence.

Deputies were dispatched to SPUR 514 near Yantis about 4:14 on a dispute. The people were separated.

Deputies were dispatched to FM 2869 near Hawkins about 5:42 p.m. on theft of prescription drugs. Stephen Zarcone, 26, of Tyler, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance, less than 28 grams.

Deputies were dispatched to CR 2325 near Mineola about 6:26 p.m. on a reckless driver. They located the vehicle and the person was transported home by a friend/family member.

Deputies responded to a suspicious vehicle on FM 312 near Winnsboro about 9:14 p.m. They located the vehicle and everything was OK.

Deputies were dispatched to CR 4470 near Winnsboro about 11:36 p.m. in reference to a dispute. Those involved were separated for the night.

Deputies responded to a suspicious vehicle on Lake Holbrook Point at about 12:19 a.m. They located it and issued a citation.

Deputies went out on an arrest/warrant service to CR 4990 near Quitman.

Deputies were dispatched to CR 4560 near Winnsboro about 1:32 p.m. on a welfare check. The located the person and everything was OK.

Deputies spoke with a person who reported a suspicious circumstances at 2:10 p.m. Deputies gave the person advice and cleared the incident.

Deputies were dispatched to CR 1695 near Alba about 7:33 p.m. on a disturbance. Dustin Burge, 22 of Mineola, was arrested for assault causing bodily injury/family violence.

Deputies were dispatched to CR 2696 near Hawkins about 12:17 a.m. to a fire. They searched the area but did not find any signs of a fire.

Deputies responded to a suspicious vehicle on Green Briar Trail near Hawkins about 1:15. They located the vehicle and everything was OK.

Deputies responded to a suspicious person on FM 1254 year Mineola about 2:03 a.m. Andrew Moore, 36, of Mineola was arrested for no drivers license.

Deputies were dispatched to CR 1522 near Alba about 7:28 a.m. regarding a harassment complaint. They spoke with all involved and cleared the scene.

Deputies were dispatched to CR 3990 near Winnsboro about 9:58 a.m. in reference to a disturbance. Those involved were separated prior to the deputies’ arrival.

Deputies were dispatched to FM 14 near Hawkins about 1:15 p.m. in reference to criminal trespass. They issued a criminal trespass warning and cleared the incident.

Deputies were dispatched to CR 1660 near Alba about 5:33 p.m. on an assault. The case was forwarded to investigators.

Deputies were dispatched to Orchard Street in Alba about 6:14 a.m. in reference to a dispute. The people involved were separated for the day and the incident cleared.

Deputies spoke with a person about 8:51 a.m. in reference to a scam that occurred on CR 2745 near Mineola. They determined no scam had occurred and cleared the incident.

Deputies were dispatched to CR 2754 near Mineola about 5:25 p.m. on a burglary. Someone broke into the person’s residence and stole several items. The case was forwarded to investigators.

Deputies were dispatched to CR 1600 near Alba at approximately 7:01 p.m. in reference to a disturbance. Angela Barnhart, 44, of Alba, was arrested for assault causing bodily injury of a family/household member/impeding breathing/circulation.

Deputies were dispatched to Hwy 37 near Mineola at about 3:39 p.m. on a disturbance. Tabitha Crow, 27, of Mineola, was arrested for assault causing bodily injury/family violence.

Deputies were dispatched to FM 514 near Yantis at about 4:15 p.m. on terroristic threat on FM 2225 near Quitman. They gave the reporting person advice and cleared the incident.

Deputies were dispatched to CR 1895 near Yantis around 10:35 a.m. on a theft. A known actor did not pay the reporting person for a vehicle. The case was forwarded to investigators.
