Wood County Grand Jury indictments
The following indictments were handed down March 25 by the Wood County Grand Jury.
Kevin Lee Allen, manufacture/delivery controlled substance/penalty group 1, four grams or more but less than 200 grams, first degree felony.
Thomas Glenn Caviness, assault causes bodily injury of family/household member-impede breathing/circulation, third degree felony.
Teddy C. Graham, II, unlawful possession of firearm by felon, third degree felony.
Walter Dewain Dugan, four counts of false name, false information and forgery, third degree felony.
Adrian Earl Foster, possession of controlled substance, penalty group 3, less than 28 grams (drug free zone), state jail felony.
Michael Wayne Humphrey, theft of property, $2,500 or more but less than $30,000, state jail felony.
Joseph Shane Icenhower, two counts of burglary of a building (habitual), state jail felony.
Victoria Lynn Jackson, possession of controlled substance, penalty group 1, less than one gram, state jail felony.
Christopher Heston Jordan, tamper/fabricate physical evidence, third degree felony.
Alex Jordan Palmer, assault family violence/impeding breath, third degree felony.
Austin Michael Wade, two counts sexual assault of a child, second degree felony.
