Cole Landen Busbee, Quitman, evading arrest or detention with a vehicle, third degree felony.

Justin Lee Britton, Mineola, possession of a controlled substance penalty group one (PG 1) less than one gram, state jail felony.

Nathan Lee Burnett, Mineola, failure to comply with sex offender registration, second degree felony.

William Chad Busby, Winnsboro, possession of a controlled substance PG 1 one gram or more but less than four, third degree felony.

Kenneth Ray Hughes, Yantis, driving while intoxicated third or more, third degree felony.
