NOV - 6 – Deputies went out on several arrest/warrant services beginning on FM 14 near Quitman about 12:05 a.m., on CR 1660 near Alba at about 1:10 a.m., on Cheyenne near Quitman about 2:13 a.m., Whitedove near Quitman around 2:21 a.m., Choctaw near Quitman about 3:01 a.m. and at about 1:31 p.m. to CR 2810 near Mineola. Deputies were unable to make contact with person/persons sought.

Deputies were dispatched to HWY 37 near Mineola approximately 11:20 a.m. in reference to a dispute. They gave the reporting person advice and cleared the incident.

NOV – 5 – Deputies were dispatched to CR 2118 near Quitman about 10:24 a.m. in reference to an inquest. A female, 65, was found deceased in her residence. The Justice of the Peace and ordered an autopsy.

Deputies were dispatched to Glazner Street in Hawkins about 1:19 p.m. on a theft. Someone stole the person’s license plate. The case was forwarded to other agency.

Deputies were dispatched to Hwy 11 near Winnsboro about 2:22 p.m. on a criminal trespass. They located the person and everything was OK.

Deputies responded to a suspicious vehicle on CR 2118 near Quitman about 6:12 p.m. They searched but did not find vehicle.

Deputies spoke with the reporting person about 6:12 p.m. in reference to theft that occurred on FM 69 near Quitman. Someone stole a campaign sign from the person’s property.

NOV – 4 – Deputies were dispatched to CR 1941 near Yantis 1:24 a.m. on a dispute. Parties separated.

Deputies dispatched to CR 1682 near Alba about 8:39 a.m. on a disturbance. They spoke with all involved and cleared the incident.

Deputies were dispatched to PR 5935 near Yantis about 10:04 a.m. on theft. Someone stole an ATV from the reporting person’s property. The case was forwarded to investigators.

Deputies were dispatched to PR 7631 near Hawkins about 12:57 a.m. on an assault. Davontay Marston, 19, of Fort Worth was arrested for assault and interfering with public duties.

Deputies responded to a suspicious vehicle on FN 1799 near Mineola about 10:20 a.m. They located the vehicle and everything was OK.

Deputies went on an arrest/warrant service on CR 1308 near Quitman about 7:50 p.m. ; on CR 2482 near Mineola; about 8:17 p.m.; and CR 2276 near Mineola about 8:51 p.m. They were unable to locate anyone they were looking for.
