Wood County Sheriff’s Report
April 23
Deputies spoke with the reporting party at 9:48 a.m. in reference to criminal trespass on CR 2133 near Quitman. Deputies made contact with the actor and issued a Criminal Trespass Warning.
Deputies went out on an arrest/warrant service to the Wood County Courthouse at 1:41 p.m. Philip Emerson, 45, of Hawkins, was arrested for outstanding warrants.
Deputies were dispatched to CR 4700 near Winnsboro at 4:37 p.m. in reference to a burglary. Someone stole several items from the reporting party’s residence. This case has been forwarded to investigators.
Deputies conducted a traffic stop on HWY 37 near Mineola at 9:18 p.m. Trederrion Stephens, 27, of Dallas, was arrested for outstanding warrants.
April 22
Deputies were dispatched to CR 4919 near Quitman at 1:58 a.m. in reference to a disturbance. Amber Matheson, 25, of Quitman, was arrested for assault causing bodily injury family violence.
Deputies spoke with the reporting party at 11:59 a.m. in reference to terroristic threat on CR 4918 near Quitman. Deputies gave the reporting party advice and cleared the incident.
Deputies spoke with the reporting party at 2:01 p.m. in reference to criminal trespass on CR 3270 near Mineola. Deputies gave the reporting party advice and cleared the incident.
Deputies were dispatched to FM 852 near Winnsboro at 6:17 p.m. in reference to a disturbance. Deputies issued criminal trespass warnings and cleared the incident.
April 21
Deputies were dispatched to CR 4560 near Winnsboro at 7:27 p.m. in reference to a dispute. Parties were separated for the night.
April 20
Deputies spoke with the reporting party at 3:34 p.m. in reference to harassment on CR 1600 near Alba. Deputies gave the reporting party advice and cleared the incident.
Deputies were dispatched to CR 2140 near Quitman at 6:13 p.m. in reference to a complaint. Deputies located the individuals and advised them to keep four-wheelers and go-karts off the roadway.
Deputies were dispatched to CR 1522 near Alba at 8:48 p.m. in reference to theft. Someone stole the reporting party’s dogs. This case has been forwarded to investigators.
Deputies were dispatched to HWY 37 near Quitman at 9:34 p.m. in reference to a disturbance. James Henderson, 62, of Quitman, was arrested for alleged assault causing bodily injury family violence.
April 19
Deputies were dispatched to PR 8692 near Winnsboro at 9:17 p.m. in reference to theft. Someone stole a trampoline and basketball goal from the reporting party’s property.
April 18
Deputies spoke with a reporting party at 3:21 a.m. in reference to an unauthorized use of a motor vehicle on CR 3819 near Hawkins. Someone took the reporting party’s vehicle without authorization. This case has been forwarded to investigators.
Deputies went out on an arrest/warrant service to Holley Street in Alba at 2:19 p.m. Bill Neal, 47, of Alba, was arrested for outstanding warrants.
Deputies were dispatched to CR 1534 near Alba at 3:32 p.m. in reference to theft. Someone stole an air compressor from the reporting party’s property. This case has been forwarded to investigators.
Deputies were dispatched to FM 2966 near Yantis at 8:15 p.m. in reference to an assault. This case has been forwarded to investigators.
April 17
Deputies conducted a traffic stop on FM 2869 near Hawkins at 12:15 a.m. Christopher Booker, 31, of Wills Point, was arrested for outstanding warrants.
Deputies were dispatched to HWY 80 near Hawkins at 9:29 a.m. in reference to a burglary. Someone damaged and stole several items from the reporting party’s property. This case has been forwarded to investigators.
Deputies were dispatched to CR 1416 near Quitman at 7:04 p.m. in reference to harassment. Deputies made contact with the actor and cleared the incident.
Deputies were dispatched to CR 3494 near Hawkins at 7:16 p.m. in reference to a disturbance. Deputies issued a criminal trespass warning and cleared the incident.
