Cpl. Cooper, violation of bond condition; victim’s ex-husband came to residence, not allowed due to bond conditions, offense report completed.

Deputy Way, traffic stop, Hwy. 11; observed vehicle with taillight out, driver did not have valid license, had active warrant for invalid license. Christopher Beckham arrested for outstanding warrant.

Deputy Hughes, Deputy Way assisted Winnsboro PD, locating wanted subject, found and arrested.

June 8

Sgt. Morrison, Deputy Croney, warrant service, CR 3803. Mark McGowen arrested for outstanding warrant.

Deputy Croney, Deputy Whisenhunt, agency assist, Mineola PD; assisted on search warrant where stolen items located. Jerry Cotton arrested for Mineola PD warrant.

Sgt. Sepulvado, warrant service, Adult Probation. Joseph Simonek arrested for outstanding warrant.

Deputy Whisenhunt, theft, CR 1600; victim advised someone broke into trailer, stole multiple items, no serial numbers reported.

Lt. Milbourn, Sgt. Morrison, traffic stop, Quitman; driver Joshua Lindley had active warrant, arrested.

Deputy Way, disturbance, Lake Winnsboro; someone threw items at victim’s vehicle, busting window, wished to pursue charges.

June 9

Cpl. Baldwin, assault, Yantis; victim, another store clerk got into altercation over spreading rumors, victim received minor injuries, wished to pursue charges.

Deputy Skinner, security check, Holly Lake Ranch; deputy observed PJ Emerson, who had active warrant, walking outside his residence, attempted to make contact, suspect went back into his residence later came back outside, placed in custody.

Deputy Kovic, burglary; property owner stated someone broke into camper, no items missing, case forwarded to investigations.

Cpl. Burdick, theft; caller sent someone money through CashApp, never brought animal they bought, offense report completed.

June 10

Deputy Kovic, theft, Lake Fork Marina; during night someone stole depth finders off multiple boats. 

Cpl. Baldwin, Deputy Skinner, animal complaint, FM 14; caller’s son fishing under bridge, two alligators surfaced, left items behind, deputies assisted retrieving fishing equipment.

Deputy Hughes, unauthorized use of motor vehicle, CR 4450; vehicle owner advised sister borrows car to go to work, learned sister took vehicle to California without permission, incident report completed. 

Cpl. Burdick observed wrecked vehicle on side of FM 515, open container inside vehicle, located driver, sobriety test completed. Jill Sandell arrested for DWI.

June 11

Lt. Milbourn, Cpl Burdick, Deputy Rapp, shots fired, Lake Holbrook; all suspects had left, witnesses advised multiple people involved, possibly one person shot a firearm, no surrounding hospitals had gunshot wound victims.

Sgt. Mayer, suicidal subject, Holly Lake Ranch; observed subject with knife, male began cutting his arm, deputy removed knife, male transported to receive treatment.

Sgt. Mayer, stolen vehicle, FM 2869; female took victim’s truck, he knew where she might be. At suspects residence, friend advised vehicle was there but someone else took it, victim did not have vehicle information.

June 12

Deputy Pollard, burglary, Yantis; someone forced entry into back door of restaurant, took money, owner provided possible suspect who admitted to having one of missing items, case forwarded to investigations.

Cpl. Cooper, assault; victim’s husband had issue with drugs, caused him to get upset, during argument, husband threw knife at victim barely missing her, case forwarded to investigations.

Deputy Way, criminal mischief; neighbor told caller someone cut chain off gate, no one found on property, no items missing. 

Cpl. Rapp, possible suicidal subject; caller’s daughter had consumed alcohol causing her to see things, needed mental help, victim did not make suicidal statements while deputies were present. 

June 13

Deputy Croney, warrant service, Adult Probation. Shane Turlington arrested for outstanding warrant.

Deputy Pollard, theft, CR 1410; victim’s vehicle broken into, two firearms taken. When victim checked suspect’s vehicle, she found list of multiple residences they planned to break into, area added to extra patrol.

Lt. Milbourn, Deputy Croney, 911 hang up, CR 2460; two juveniles turned over on four-wheeler, sustained minor injuries, one transported to receive medical treatment.

Sgt. Morrison, Cpl. Cooper, disturbance, CR 2280. Two brothers got into altercation after one threw object hitting brother, causing abrasion under eye. Heath Matthews arrested for assault.

Sgt. Williams, Deputy Way, disturbance, CR 1917; property owners advised son smashed truck, busted all windows, parents have not pressed charges.
