June 21

Deputy Croney, disturbance, CR 2121; victim advised husband pushed her to ground, husband admitted grabbing wife which made her fall. Kayode Bello arrested for assault.

Deputy Croney, burglary, CR 3440; property owner rents house, noticed someone staying there without permission, no items missing, incident report completed.

Cpl. Rapp, Deputy Way, reckless driver, FM 515; driver ran out of gas, located on side of road, requested deputies call tow service to bring her gas, once wrecker service put gas in car, driver Vicki Boyd left without paying.

June 22

Deputy Croney, warrant service, Adult Probation. Joshua Lindley arrested for outstanding warrant.

Deputy Croney, burglary of vehicle, FM 1799; someone broke into vehicle while victim inside store, took wallet, victim’s card used at hotel in Longview, Longview PD located suspect. Michael Aiello arrested for credit card abuse. Longview PD located victim’s wallet with suspect.

Cpl. Rapp, Deputy Arellano, child custody issue, FM 1799; caller stated mother of kids came into his residence, attempted to take children away, mother criminally trespassed from residence.

Cpl. Rapp, Deputy Way, assault, FM 1647; male showed up at residence, tackled female, female’s friend got male off her, struck him multiple times, suspect left in vehicle before deputies’ arrival.

Cpl. Rapp, Holly Lake Ranch security; female advised while passing through gate, driver pushed her out of vehicle, she landed on her feet, did not wish to pursue charges.

June 23

Deputy Rapp, Deputy Kovic, child custody issue, CR 4885; mother stated protection order had expired, she wanted to get kids back, still had bond conditions preventing her from seeing children, criminally trespassed from property.

Deputy Skinner, stolen vehicle; caller stated car stolen, knew where it may be located. Upshur County located vehicle, returned to owner.

Deputy Hughes, criminal trespass, CR 4750; suspect coming to house even though not allowed. Deputy located suspect, initiated traffic stop, refused to get out of vehicle, fled scene, ran over downed tree over the road. Deputy followed suspect, warrant completed for evading arrest.

Cpl. Burdick, traffic stop, FM 14; Luke Shrum driving with invalid license, had previous convictions, arrested for DWLI with previous convictions.

Deputy Rapp, fraud; caller stated someone opened bank account in her name in San Antonio, victim able to close account, no suspect.

June 24

Deputy Kovic, criminal mischief, Hwy. 37; as caller pulled up to house, male fired pellet gun at motorcycle causing damage, offense report completed.

Cpl. Baldwin, Deputy Rapp, child custody issue, CR 2198; parties advised other parent uses drugs. CPS contacted.

Deputy Hughes, structure fire; property owner burning tree limbs, caught shed on fire, did not need report due to not claiming insurance.

Cpl. Burdick, man impersonating peace officer, Hwy. 154; business owner stated man claimed to be officer, looking for a person, victim located, advised she quit seeing suspect, he became weird, victim advised how to get protection order.

June 25

Deputy Skinner, criminal mischief, CR 2298; caller advised someone pushed portable toilet into lake, no suspects.

Deputy Kovic, criminal trespass, CR 4827; suspect left prior to deputies’ arrival, left note in victim’s screen door, offense report completed.

Deputy Comeaux, suspicious person, Lake Holbrook; Deputy located male highly intoxicated, Adelfo Hernandez arrested for public intoxication.

Sgt. Mayer, Cpl. Burdick, Deputy Hughes, medical call, Hwy. 37; caller refused to talk to EMS or deputies, locked himself in room. Deputies tried to get man to come out for over an hour, forced entry made, male transported to hospital, transported again for cardiac arrest. 

Cpl. Burdick, traffic stop, CR 2260; driver refused to pull over, did not stop until he arrived at residence. Douglas McBride arrested for evading arrest.

Deputy Rapp, attempted burglary, CR 2260; property owner saw someone attempting to break into back door. When suspect saw property owner, fled on foot. After property owner retrieved gun, suspect was gone. Deputies unable to locate male. 

June 26 

Cpl. Cooper, theft, Hwy. 37; employee advised 16’ trailer stolen from worksite, nearby residence had cameras that showed suspect’s vehicle, case forwarded to investigations.

Sgt. Morrison, warrant service, FM 1799. Ronald Polley arrested for outstanding warrant.

Deputy Croney, burglary of vehicle, Hwy. 37; while vehicle parked during work, someone entered, stealing tools, wallet, case forwarded to investigations.

Cpl. Cooper, found property, Hwy. 80; caller recently had trailer stolen, believed he located on someone’s property, confronted subjects, they advised to not call law enforcement, fled in two vehicles, owner retrieved trailer, did not wish to pursue charges.

June 27

Cpl. Cooper drafted warrant for theft from previous day. Deputy Pollard observed wanted individual driving in Holiday Villages, initiated traffic stop. Tyler Huff arrested for outstanding warrant.

Deputy Pollard, assault report; victim stated she was assaulted over a year ago, had pictures of injuries, offense report completed.

Sgt. Morrison, Cpl. Cooper, Deputy Croney, disturbance, CR 3565; family advised suspect was suicidal, yelling at them. Deputies located suspect in woods who claimed he was not suicidal. Deputies located drug paraphernalia on suspect, Dylan Mabery arrested.

Sgt. Morrison, Cpl. Cooper, warrant service, Hwy. 37. Bobby Lindley arrested for outstanding warrant.

Deputy Way, theft; caller advised vehicle stolen. Deputy discovered vehicle repossessed, caller wished to file charges on repo company for theft, advised to contact lien holder.
