Caring & Sharing marks 40th year of assisting

In October 1983, 20 concerned citizens met for the organizational meeting of a program they christened “Caring & Sharing: Mineolans for Mineola.” The plan was to coordinate efforts of all the programs already at work in the community. The monetary goal was $9,200 or roughly $30 to feed and clothe a child for Christmas. more
