Burning ban lifted
Wood County Judge Kevin White lifted the outdoor burning ban Tuesday afternoon.
The order, effective Sept. 26, says the Texas Forest Service finds drought conditions have subsided and the County Judge and Fire Marshal agree, so burning may resume.
