402nd District Court hears guilty pleas
The following guilty pleas were heard in 402nd District Court March 9, 2023:
Jason Allan Moctezuma, Winnsboro, evading arrest or detention (use or exhibit deadly weapon), third degree felony, deferred adjudication, five years community supervision with 160 hours community service, $1,000 fine and $290 court costs.
Nathan Harrison Stewart, Grand Saline, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, first degree felony, deferred adjudication, 10 years community supervision with 240 hours community service, $5,000 fine and $290 court costs. Second count dismissed.
Samantha Lee Moore, Winnsboro, evading arrest or detention with a vehicle, third degree felony, second count state jail felony, deferred adjudication, five years community supervision with 160 hours community service, $2,000 fine; possession of a controlled substance penalty group two one gram or more but less than four, third degree felony, dismissed.
Sarah Danilyn Moses, Quitman, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (two counts), second degree felony, five years in state prison suspended for five years community supervision with 240 hours community service, $2,000 fine.
Lisa Gail Sparks, Winnsboro, possession of a controlled substance penalty group one, one gram or more but less than four, third degree felony, deferred adjudication, three years community supervision with 160 hours community service, $1,000 fine and $290 court costs.
Lance Allen Worden, Winnsboro, evading arrest for detention with a vehicle, third degree felony, five years in state prison suspended for seven years community supervision with 160 hours community service, $2,000 fine and $290 court costs.
