The Quitman Bulldogs are off to an 0-2 start in the 2024 football campaign. Quitman lost its opener at Wolfe City 29-13 and fell in Friday’s home opener to Rivercrest 25-12. The Bulldogs travel to 2-0 White Oak on Friday for a 7:30 p.m. kickoff. The Bulldogs kept the ball on the ground Friday with 50 rushes for 238 yards, led by Jacob Breding with 26 carries for 92 yards. Watson had 10 tries for 20 yards and was 2-6 passing for 16 yards.
