The following guilty pleas and other criminal cases  were heard and sentences assessed in 402nd District Court in Quitman on July 25.

Josh Heath Lindley, Quitman, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, second degree felony, deferred adjudication, 10 years community supervision with 240 hours community service, $1,500 fine; assault causes bodily injury to family/household member impeding breathing/circulation, second degree felony, deferred adjudication, 10 years community supervision with 240 hours community service; terroristic threat against peace officer, state jail felony, dismissed; violation of certain court orders/conditions of bond, Class A misdemeanor, dismissed.

Carla Jean Enderby, Alba, possession of a controlled substance (PCS), penalty group one (PG1), four grams or more but less than 200, second degree felony, five years in state prison with 474 days credit for time served.

Wallace Calvin Kirby, Mineola, cruelty to non-livestock animals, third degree felony, deferred adjudication, three years community supervision with 160 hours community service.

David Wayne Combs Jr., Grand Saline, fleeing police officer, Class B misdemeanor, one day in county jail, $1,000 fine; evading arrest/detention with a motor vehicle with a deadly weapon, third degree felony, dismissed.

Candice D. Mochman, Quitman, PCS PG 1/1-B less than one gram, state jail felony, deferred adjudication, three years community supervision with 120 hours community service, $1,000 fine.

Angela Renea Taylor, Hawkins, PCS PG 1/1-B less than one gram, state jail felony, two years in state prison suspended for four years community supervision with 120 hours community service, $2,000 fine.

Dakota Ray Ogle, Yantis, deadly conduct-discharge firearm, third degree felony, eight years in state prison.

Tatum Nicole Adams, Winnsboro, PCS PG1/1-B less than one gram, state jail felony, 225 days in county jail with 194 days credit for time served.

Shacory Mi-zil Williams, Mineola, PCS PG1 one gram or more but less than four, third degree felony, deferred adjudication, three years community supervision with 160 hours community service, $1,000 fine.

Bruce Wayne Clark, Winona, PCS PG1/1-B one gram or more but less than four, third degree felony, deferred adjudication, eight years community supervision with 160 hours community service, $3,000 fine.

Isaiah James Sims, Sulphur Springs, theft of firearm, Class A misdemeanor, deferred adjudication, two years community supervision with 800 hours community service, $1,500 fine.

Rian Kenneth Howard, Lindale, PCS PG2 one gram or more but less than four, third degree felony, deferred adjudication, three years community supervision with 160 hours community service, $1,000 fine.

Brittany Ann Robbins, Quitman, prohibited substance/item in correctional facility, third degree felony, PCS PG1/1-B less than one gram, state jail felony, deferred adjudication, five years community supervision with 160 hours community service, $1,000 fine.

Gerald John Leal, Sulphur Springs, driving while intoxicated third or more, third degree felony, five years in state prison with three days credit for time served, $2,500 fine.

Cody Wayne Sowell, Gilmer, PCS PG1 less than one gram, state jail felony, 12 months in state jail with 38 days credit for time served.

Daylan Lee Blue, Grand Saline, unauthorized use of a vehicle, state jail felony, 12 months in state jail with 170 days credit for time served, $500 fine.

Micah Stan Barber, Gilmer, manufacture/deliver of a controlled substance PG1 one gram or more but less than four, second degree felony, probation revoked, six years in state prison with 226 days credit for time served; evading arrest/detention with a vehicle, third degree felony, four years in state prison.
