Court revokes probations, assesses sentences

Eleven defendants who were placed on probation were found to have violated the terms and conditions of their probation and had their probated sentences revoked in the 402nd District Court on Nov. 12. 

Caden Eric Pruitt, Hawkins, aggravated assault with deadly weapon, second degree felony, 12 years in state prison, $3,913 in remaining fines, pleaded guilty to escape, third degree felony, committed while on probation, and sentenced to 10 years in state prison. 

Amanda Dawn Sullivan, burglary of a habitation, second degree felony, 10 years in state prison, $1,000 in remaining fines; tamper/fabricate physical evidence with intent to impair,  third degree felony, 10 years and  $1,470 in remaining fines.

Dustyn Thomas Loyd, Murchison, evading arrest or detention with a motor vehicle, third degree felony, 8 years in state prison, $2,050 in remaining fines.

Ronald Ray Chapman, Alba, DWI 3RD or more, third degree felony, 7 years in state prison.

Randall Clay Moody, Mineola, DWI 3RD or more, third degree felony, 5 years in state prison.

Deborah Jean Morris, Mineola, credit card or debit card abuse against elderly, third degree felony, 4 years in state prison, $1,924 in remaining fines, pleaded guilty to collision involving injury while on probation, third degree felony, sentenced to 4 years.  

Robert Lawrence McKinney, Bridgeport, burglary of a building, state jail felony, 15 months in state prison, $840 in remaining fines, $4,350 in restitution.

Deborah Michelle Jones, Hawkins, DWI with child younger than 15, state jail felony, 15 months in state prison, $2,985 in remaining fines.

Chasity Denise Hill, Mineola, theft of property $2,500 or more but less than $30,000, state jail felony, 15 months in state prison, $2,985 in remaining fines; possession of controlled substance penalty group one four grams or more but less than 200, second degree felony, committed new offense of fraudulent use or possession of debit or credit card in Mineola Sept. 6, sentencing set for Feb. 25. 

Zoe Nicole Armock, Pineville, Ky., assault causes bodily injury, third degree felony, 180 days in the Wood County Jail and $581.78 of remaining reimbursement fees. 

Charles Kartney James, Mineola, PCS PG1 less than one gram, state jail felony, 13 months in state jail with 103 days credit for time served.

Joshua Alexander Grato, Mineola, evading arrest with a motor vehicle, third degree felony, four years community supervision with 160 hours community service, serve confinement each weekend. For a total of 60 days.

Candace D. Michman, Quitman, PCS PG1/1-B less than one gram, state jail felony, three years community supervision with 120 hours community service, plus outpatient treatment.
