Cody Ryan Dry, Mineola, injury to a child/elderly/disabled person reckless bodily injury, second degree felony, eight years in state prison with 604 days credit for time served, $1,000 fine and $290 court costs.

Cole Landen Busbee, Quitman, evading arrest or detention with a vehicle, third degree felony, deferred adjudication, four years community supervision with $1,000 fine and $290 court costs.
