The 402nd District Court heard guilty pleas Feb. 5:
Randall Matthew Moore, Winnsboro, possession of a controlled substance (PCS), penalty group (PG) 1/1-B, one gram or more but less than four grams, third degree felony, five years in state prison suspended for community supervision 5 years, community service 160 hours, $2,180 fine.
Whitney Nicole Maxwell, Mabank, driving while intoxicated, class B misdemeanor, dismissed; PCS PG1, four grams or more but less than 200 grams, second degree felony, deferred, community supervision 7 years, community service 240 hours, $930 fine.
Brenda Delena Brittain, Pickton, theft of property, less than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions, state jail felony, 2 years confinement in state jail suspended for 5 years community supervision, community service 120 hours, $1,554.85 fine.
