Fire department rodeo coming soon

The Mineola Fire Department’s annual benefit rodeo is July 12-13 at the rodeo grounds off Hwy. 69 North.

Action begins at 8 p.m. nightly.

Rodeo royalty coronations are nightly at 7:30.

Additional slack is scheduled on Thursday, July 11.

Admission is $10 for adults, $8 for children 5-12 and four and younger free.

Concessions and adult beverages will be available (credit cards accepted). No outside food or drink is allowed.

The Flying C Rodeo Company from Madill, Okla. is again producing the stock.

The event is sanctioned by the United Professional Rodeo Association.

The is the rodeo’s 61st annual event, and proceeds benefit the fire department.
