Ginger Brianne Durham, 2004-2022

Ginger Brianne Durham, 18, of Mineola, passed away on Thursday, Aug. 18, 2022 in Alba. She was born on May 27, 2004 in Mesquite to Brian Durham and Jessica Sain Durham.

Ginger was a 2022 graduate of Mineola High School and was planning to start nursing school in Tyler.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Cheryl Manning; and aunt, Cynthia James.

Survivors include her parents, Ginger and Leon Freelen of Mineola; brothers, Jeffery Durham of Mineola, J.J. Freelen and wife Chelle and Will Tepes and wife Jenn of Paris, Texas; grandparents, Stephen Chance of Mineola and Cheryl Durham of Irving; her first love, Kaden West of Golden; lifelong best friend, Erin Morrison of Paris; Jessica and Brian Durham of New York; along with numerous cousins, aunts, uncles and other close friends and family members.

The family will be planning a memorial service, to be announced at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider a donation to defray the cost of funeral expenses. Contributions of any amount are appreciated. Please continue keeping Ginger B. Durham’s family in your thoughts throughout this challenging time.

Symphonic band presents Christmas concert

Concerts are Sunday, Dec. 17, at 2 p.m. and Tuesday evening, Dec. 19, at 7:30 p.m. Mike Holbrook is back in the director’s seat, so it’s sure to be a fun-filled couple of hours.
