The following guilty pleas were heard and sentences assessed in 402nd District Court Thursday, Aug. 24:

Allen Dayne Lawson, Quitman, assault of public servant, third degree felony, probation revoked, five years in state prison with 580 days credit for time served.

Kyle Dean McClenny, Quitman, assault family violence with previous conviction, third degree felony, five years in state prison with 443 days credit for time served and $1,500 fine.

Hope Elizabeth Singh, Mineola, assault causes bodily injury, Class A misdemeanor, deferred adjudication, 18 months community supervision with 80 hours community service, $1,500 fine and $290 court costs.

Harlie Levi Gill, Mineola, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, second degree felony, deferred adjudication, 10 years community supervision with 240 hours community service.

Margarito Branagan Alcantar, Hawkins, burglary of a building, state jail felony, deferred adjudication, four years community supervision with 120 hours community service and $3,000 fine.

Michael Anthony Garcia, Winnsboro, assault causes bodily injury of family/household member impeding breathing/circulation, third-degree felony, eight years in state prison suspended for eight years community supervision with 160 hours community service, $2,000 fine and $290 court costs.

Charles Vensont McFadden, Quitman, possession of a controlled substance penalty group one (PG1) less than one gram, state jail felony, eight months in county jail with 179 days credit for time served, $500 fine and $290 court costs.

Daylan Lee Blue, San Antonio, possession of a controlled substance PG1 four grams or more but less than 200, second degree felony, deferred adjudication, eight years community supervision with 240 hours community service, $1,000 fine and $290 court costs.

Dawn Michelle Miller, Lindale, possession of a controlled substance PG1 less than one gram, state jail felony, 180 days in county jail with 170 days credit for time served, $750 fine and $290 court costs.

Raeshuiwn Dewyne Mumphrey, Kilgore, assault causes bodily injury, Class A misdemeanor, 90 days in county jail with 98 days credit for time served, $1,000 fine and $290 court costs.
