The following criminal cases have been adjudicated recently in 402nd District Court.

Guilty pleas

Michael Roy Love, Como, credit card or debit card abuse, state jail felony, two years in state jail suspended for four years community supervision, 120 hours community service and $3,000 fine.

Brandon Borchert, Holly Lake Ranch, injury to a child, deferred adjudication, 10 years community supervision with 160 hours community service, $1,500 fine and $290 court costs.

Kade Dillon Smead, Crosby, possession of a controlled substance (PCS) penalty group 1/1-B (PG) less than one gram, state jail felony, deferred adjudication, five years community supervision with 120 hours community service and $3,000 fine.

Colt Michael Akin Plunk, Paradise, PCS PG 1/1-B less than one gram, one year in county jail with 289 days credit for time served, $500 fine and $290 court costs.

Jasmine Desiree Johnson, Mineola, driving while intoxicated with child under 15, state jail felony, two years in state jail suspended for four years community supervision, 120 hours community service, $1,500 fine and $450 court costs.

Landon Gage Davidson, Bogata, PCS PG 1/1-B four grams or more but less than 200, second degree felony, deferred adjudication, 10 years community supervision with 240 hours community service, $3,500 fine.

Jason Alan Tucker, Gilmer, intoxication manslaughter with a vehicle, second degree felony, 10 years in state prison suspended for 10 years community supervision with 240 hours community service, $2,000 fine and $290 court costs.

Jerri Ruth Brassfield, Winnsboro, assault causes bodily injury family violence, Class A misdemeanor, 30 days in county jail with 31 days credit for time served; PCS PG 1/1-B less than one gram, state jail felony, deferred adjudication, three years community supervision with 120 hours community service, $750 fine and $290 court costs.

Jessica Lee Smith, Sulphur Springs, PCS PG1 less than one gram, state jail felony, 12 months in state jail with 222 days credit for time served, $1,000 fine and $290 court costs.

Cory Dean Marks, Winnsboro, prohibited substance in correction al facility, third degree felony, 10 years in state prison suspended for eight years community supervision with 160 hours community service, $1,500 fine and $290 court costs.

David Doyle McCarmack, Alba, assault causes bodily injury, Class A misdemeanor, 30 days in county jail with 214 days credit for time served; PCS PG 1/1-B, state jail felony, 120 days in county jail, $500 fine and $290 court costs.

Amber Lynn Leija, Quitman, driving while intoxicated with child under 15, state jail felony, two years in state jail suspended for three years community supervision with 120 hours community service, $1,500 fine and $390 court costs.

Jenna Sue Dueitt, Leesburg, PCS PG 1 less than one gram, state jail felony, one year in county jail with 199 days credit for time served, $500 fine and $290 court costs.

Jeremy Ryan Kay, Hawkins, PCS PG1 four grams or more but less than 200, second degree felony, 12 years in state prison with 178 days credit for time served.

Christopher James Tilson, Paris, assault causes bodily injury family violence impeding breathing/circulation with previous conviction, second degree felony, 10 years in state prison with 411 days credit for time served.

Barrett Mason Tillema, Winnsboro, burglary of a building, state jail felony, 15 months in state jail with 98 days credit for time served.

Chasity Nichole Taylor, Mineola, unauthorized use of a vehicle, state jail felony, 15 months in state jail with 131 days credit for time served.

Michelle Lynn Lindsey, Winnsboro, PCS PG1 four grams or more but less than 200, second degree felony, seven years in state prison with 241 days credit for time served.

Justin Ray Myers, Denison, tamper/fabricate physical evidence, third degree felony, four years in state prison with 121 days credit for time served.
