The following guilty pleas were heard in 402nd District Court Thursday, Sept. 21:

Julie Leanne Thomas, Winnsboro, driving while intoxicated, Class B misdemeanor, deferred adjudication, two years community supervision with 24 hours community service, $1,500 fine and $390 court costs.

Brandi Michelle Maynard, Mineola, credit or debit card abuse, state jail felony, deferred adjudication, 18 months community supervision with 80 hours community service, $290 court costs.

Joshua Alexander Grato, Mineola, evading arrest with a motor vehicle, third degree felony, deferred adjudication, three years community supervision with 160 hours community service, $2,000 fine and $290 court costs.

Kiersten Elizabeth Elliott, Quitman, possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1/1-B, one gram or more but less than four, third degree felony, deferred adjudication, two years community supervision with 120 hours community service, $290 court costs.

Dawn Marie Odom, Winnsboro, deadly conduct, third degree felony, deferred adjudication, four years community supervision with 160 hours community service, $1,000 fine and $355 court costs.

Alexius Nicole Hedrick, Houstonia, Mo., hinder apprehension or prosecution, third degree felony, deferred adjudication, five years community supervision with 160 hours community service, $1,500 fine and $290 court costs.

Shane Carl King-Davis, Quitman, possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than one gram, state jail felony, deferred adjudication, five years community supervision with 120 hours community service, $1,500 fine.

Jordan Michael Thomas, Mineola, aggravated assault against a public servant with a deadly weapon, first degree felony, deferred adjudication, eight years community supervision with 320 hours community service, $2,500 fine and $290 court costs.

Shelly Jean McBride-Parnell, Tyler, failure to comply with registration requirements, third degree felony, 10 years in state prison with 224 days credit for time served.
