Christopher Paul Kernan, Quitman, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, second degree felony, two years in state prison with 453 days credit for time served.

Richard McLemore, Quitman, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, deferred adjudication, 10 years community supervision with 240 hours community service, $1,000 fine.

Angelica Soto, Pickton, PCS PG1/1-B less than one gram, state jail felony, deferred adjudication, four years community supervision with 120 hours community service, $500 fine.

Penny Elizabeth Hart, Mt. Vernon, PCS PG1/1-B less than one gram, state jail felony, two years in state jail suspended for five years community supervision, 120 our community service, $1,500 fine.

Joyce Lynn Vandruff, Winnsboro, PCS PG1/1-B less than one gram, state jail felony, deferred adjudication, four years community supervision with 120 hours community service, $1,000 fine.
