Kenneth Dewayne Odum, Hawkins, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, first degree felony, Sept. 17, 2025.

Stephen Ortiz, Como, assault on a peace officer/judge, second degree felony; burglary of a building (two counts), state jail felony; burglary of a habitation, second degree felony, Sept. 11, 2025.

Monica Renee Arista, Fort Worth, possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1/1-B less than one gram, state jail felony; engaging in organized criminal activity, third degree felony, April 17, 2025.

Alberto Cortez-Martinez, Alba, continued violence against the family, third degree felony, April 18, 2025.

Christopher J. Patterson, Eustace, injury to a child/elderly/disabled with intent to injure, third degree felony, Aug. 6, 2025.

Alberto Joshua Hernandez, Mineola, aggravated robbery, first degree felony; aggravated kidnapping, first degree felony; PCS PG1 four grams or more but less than 200 with intent to deliver, first degree felony; PCS PG1/1-B less than one gram, state jail felony, Sept. 8, 2025.

Tandra Dawn Segars, Gonzales, tampering with physical evidence, third degree felony, Oct. 14, 2025.

Jerome Allen Stevenson, Big Sandy, evading arrest or detention with previous conviction, state jail felony; tamper/fabricate physical evidence with intent to impair, third degree felony, Aug. 22, 2025.

Aaron Kristopher Huddleston, Sulphur Springs, assault impeding breathing/circulation, third degree felony, July 13, 2025.

Tom Edward Neal, Alba, injury to a child with intent of bodily injury, third degree felony, Sept. 27, 2025.

Guilty plea entered Nov. 24:

Benjamin Barrera, Golden, criminal mischief $750 or more but less than $2,500, Class A misdemeanor, 180 days in county jail suspended for one year probation, 80 hours community service and $2,330 restitution.

Guilty plea entered Dec. 2:

Charles Edward Tyeskie, Gladewater, assault causes bodily injury family violence impeding breathing/circulation, second degree felony, deferred adjudication, 10 years community supervision, 240 hours community service, fine $2,394.
