Cameron Karch, a 2023 graduate of Mineola High School, has successfully completed the rigorous 15-week program at Northwest Lineman College (NLC) in Denton. Karch graduated on May 24, equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the power delivery industry.

The comprehensive program at NLC not only provided Karch with essential lineman training but also offered the opportunity to earn his commercial driver’s license (CDL), further enhancing his qualifications and employability. NLC is renowned for producing highly skilled graduates who are well-prepared for the demands of the industry. Companies actively seek NLC graduates because they bring credit training hours toward apprenticeship programs, making them valuable assets from day one.

Karch has accepted a position with NorthStar, a Quanta Services Company, and began his employment on May 28. NorthStar is recognized for its commitment to excellence and safety in the power and communications construction industry.
