Richard Elston was named Mineola Kiwanis Citizen of the Month for May. Richard was manager of the Mineola Pizza Hut for many years and during that time helped with fundraisers and donations of pizza for many school and community organizations. The award was presented by Mineola Kiwanis President Becky Moore.
